Probationary Member definition
Probationary Member means a member paid at a monthly rate and filling a permanent position but who is fulfilling his/her probationary period towards permanency.
Probationary Member is a member who has not yet achieved continuous service.

Probationary Member means a Member regularly employed by the Board within the Bargaining Unit in a permanent part-time or full-time position who has not acquired seniority as defined in Article 17 of this Agreement. Probationary Member means a Member subject to the probationary period referred to in the Rainy River First Nations Membership Code, who is not yet a Non-probationary Member;
