OF WORK OVERTIME. The work week for full-time employees shall normally of forty (40) hours, from Sunday to Saturday. It is understood that the Company retains the right to establish various shift configurations or the number of hours to be worked. not specifically provided for herein, provided that such shifts are in accordance with applicable legislation. Further. nothing herein shall be construed as a guarantee of daily or weekly hours to be worked or paid, except as hereinafter providedfor in Starting and quitting times and the arrangement of shifts and the assignment of employees to particular shifts shall be determined by the Company at its sole discretion. In the assignment of employees to particular the Company may give consideration to the seniority of the employees involved. In addition, the Company undertakes to consider any undue hardship caused to an employee by such assignment and will as much notice as is possible. It is not the intention or desire of the Company to apply the provisions of Articles in a frivolous or arbitrary manner, and to that extent the Company confirms that the application of this clause will be done as to advance or promote the best interests of the business. the Company determines a change to the configurations are required, the Company and the Union will meet and discuss the changes prior to implementation. Overtime shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half the employee's regular straight time rate for all hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in a week. The Company will consider hours not worked due to Paid Holidays as contained in Article as time worked for purposes of calculating overtime in the week the Paid Holiday is celebrated. There shall be no pyramidingof overtime premiums provided for in this Agreement Hours in excess of the workweek shall be allocated at the sole discretion of the Company to letter of understanding An employee's scheduled starting time shall not be changed by more than two (2) hours during the week in which he is working without his approval.

The following paragraphs and sections are intended to define the hours of work and shall not be as a guarantee of hours of work per week subject to Article The standard workweek shall consist of forty (40) hours per week comprised of eight (8) hours per day in five (5) days per week. The Company shall employ its best effort to arrange schedules so that employees have two (2) consecutive days off during workweek.
OF WORK OVERTIME. All employees will be scheduled a maximum of five (5) days per seven (7) day pay week. Employees will be offered a minimum of sixteen (16) hours in a week. A part time employee shall declare on a monthly basis their availability. One weekend off in every four (4) shall be allowed if the employee so chooses. The Employer is to provide at least one notice when there is a change in shift. Any temporary change in shift with less than hours notice will be voluntary on the part of the employee. Should the Employer require a temporary change of shift, any volunteers will be given preference. If there are no volunteers, the most junior employee shall be selected for the temporary change of shift Subject to supervisor approval, which will not be unreasonably withheld, employees may exchange shifts providing they give the supervisor one (1) week's notice. Schedules shall be posted with at least notices. Overtime at the rate of times the hourly rate shall be paid for all hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day or eighty (80) hours in each pay period. The lunch break shall be minutes unpaid. If an employee works more than two (2) hours in excess of eight (8) hours in any shift he shall be paid meal allow- ance. Payment is to be in cash upon the of the eleventh (11th) hour of work. There shall be one (1) twenty (20) minute coffee break per shift The Employer will provide product knowledge programs with Verification will be provided to the union of part-time hours worked on an individual employee basis, upon request. Part time employees will be able to work at all terminals, they will be assigned to a home base but will get call ins from all terminals.

OF WORK OVERTIME. For the purposes of this Article, means a twenty-four (24) hour period commencing at hour; means a period of seven (7) consecutive days beginning at hour Monday morning and ending at hours the following Sunday night. When hours of work are scheduled for employees on a regular basis, they shall be scheduled so that employees: on a weekly basis, work thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/21 hours and five days per week; or hours per week for operational units. on a daily basis, work seven and one-half (7 hours per day or hours per day for operational units. When, because of the operational requirements of the service, hours of work are scheduled for employees on a rotating or irregular basis, they shall be scheduled so that employees work an average of thirty-seven and one- half (37 hours per week and either, seven and one-half (7 1/21 hours per day or eight (8) hours per day for operational units and an average of five (5) days per week, upon the request of the majority of the employees affected and with the concurrence of the Employer, an average of seven and one-half (7 1/21 hours per day or hours per day for operational units, provided no shift in excess of twelve hours is involved. Notwithstanding clause the commencement and/or end of each shift, may be varied by fifteen (15) minutes to provide for the continuity and/or, an appropriate length, of the meal period.

OF WORK OVERTIME. No disciplinary action can be taken against any employee for refusing to work overtime for a legitimate and reasonable explanation which shall be given in advance to the Company. If any employee asked to work overtime on scheduled day off, such overtime shall be for a minimum of four hours. Employees who work overtime will not be required to time off in regular hours to make up for overtime worked but may take time off equivalent to overtime by mutual agreement. Overtime be based on the employee's regular rate of pay and there not be any pyramiding of overtime under this Article. schedules covering a two-week period will be posted as far in advance as possible. When the employee is required to deposit the revenue collected during his shift, and he is required to leave the premises to do so, he will be permitted to leave minutes prior to the end of his shift to make the deposit, and will. be paid to the end of his shift. There shall be a minimum turn around of hours between the end of one shift and the star-t of the next. Where this requirement is not met, overtime payments will be made for the entire second shift. The parties agree that supervisors will not perform bargaining unit work if such work results in the lay off reduction of earnings of a bargaining unit member.
OF WORK OVERTIME. The following provisions designating regular hours on a daily shift and regular daily shifts over the Employer's working schedule shall not be construed to be a guarantee of the hours of work to be done on each shift or during each shift schedule. The normal work day shall consist of seven and one-half (7 hours per shift (exclusive of an unpaid meal time) and five (75) hours in a period. Such hours shall be worked in accordance with schedules and shifts as determined by the Employer.
OF WORK OVERTIME. The normal hours of work for full-time employees, except full-time Support Workers in residential support areas employed in “sleep in positions” shall be forty hours per week, on an eight consecutive hour per day, five day per week basis, including one-half hour paid lunch period and two fifteen minute coffee breaks per day, one to be taken during the half of the shift and the other during the second half of the shift and to be taken by the individual employee at such reasonable time during the normal hours of work as may be arranged with the employee’s Program Manager. Part-time and substitute employees be entitled to one fifteen minute coffee break during each four hour period worked to be taken by the individual employee at such reasonable time during the normal hours of work as may be arranged with the employee’s Program Manager. The hours that all employees work are established from time to time by the Job Descriptions for the respective positions as established by the Employer. An employee shall be paid for all hours of work in accordance with Schedule “A”. The regularly scheduled hours and days of work for each full-time and part-time employee, except for employees employed in the hr. Program and in Vocational support areas, shall be posted in the appropriate location in the facility at least three weeks in advance. A copy of the work schedule shall be given to the President of the Union. In drawing up the regularly scheduled hours and days of work, the Employer shall provide: work schedules to provide employees with at least four days off in each two week period;

Consistent with efficiency of operations, there shall be a one-half hour unpaid meal period in each full shift, and a ten (10) minute paid rest period each completed half shift. for every (2) hours of overtime worked immediately before or after his scheduled shifts, an employee is entitled to an ten (10) minute paid rest period, All hours worked on the 6th day shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 times the regular rate. All hours worked on the 7th day shall be paid at double (2) the regular rate. However, any hours worked on the 6th and 7th day which are a part of the basic work week will be paid at the regular rate, Employees scheduled on a four (4) day workweek shall be paid one and one-half (1 112) times the regular rate for all hours worked on the fifth (5th) scheduled day and double (2) time the regular rate for all hours worked on the sixth (6th) scheduled day. Hours worked on the seventh (7th) scheduled day, in excess of forty (40) hours worked for that workweek, will be paid at one and one- half (1 112) times the regular rate. The parties recognize that the needs of the business may require the performance of overtime work from time to time, and employees will co-operate in the performance of such work. If an employee is missed under Article and/or he be offered an equivalent number of hours within seven (7) calendar days, over and above the normal overtime.
