Security of Premises. The Customer shall be responsible for maintaining the security of the Premises in accordance with its standard security requirements. The Supplier shall comply with all reasonable security requirements of the Customer while on the Premises and shall ensure that the Supplier’s Staff comply with such requirements.

The Supplier shall comply and shall ensure that all Staff comply with the Security Policy and any other reasonable security requirements of the Customer while on the Customer’s Premises. Subject to paragraph 3.4.9 of Call Off Schedule 11 (MoD Additional Clauses), the Customer shall provide the Supplier upon written request with a copy of its Security Policy and any other written security requirements and shall, subject to Approval (the decision to Approve or not will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed), afford the Supplier upon written request an opportunity to inspect its physical security arrangements.

The Client shall afford to the authorised personnel of the Contractor at all reasonable times and with prior agreement such access to the Client’s Premises as may be necessary for the performance of the Contract provided always that the Client shall have the right to refuse admittance to or order the removal from the Premises any person employed by or acting on behalf of the Contractor or any sub-contractor who in the opinion of the Client (which shall be final) is not a fit and proper person to be on the Client’s Premises. Action taken under this Condition shall be confirmed in writing to the Contractor by the Client and shall not relieve the Contractor of its obligations under the Contract. At all times personnel of the Contractor shall obey the Client's directions relating to safety. Where Staff are required to have a pass for admission to the Client’s Premises, the Client’s representative shall, subject to satisfactory completion of Approval procedures, arrange for passes to be issued. The Client shall provide the Contractor upon request copies of its written security procedures and shall afford the Contractor upon request with an opportunity to inspect its physical security arrangements. Property Where the Client issues Property free of charge to the Contractor such Property shall be and remain the Property of the Client and the Contractor irrevocably licences the Client and its agents to enter upon any Premises of the Contractor during normal business hours on reasonable notice to recover any such Property. The Contractor shall not in any circumstances have a lien or any other interest on the Property and the Contractor shall at all times possess the Property as fiduciary agent and bailee of the Client. The Service Provider shall comply with all reasonable security requirements of the Customer while on the Customer’s Premises and shall ensure that all Staff comply with such requirements.
16.9.2 The Customer shall provide the Service Provider upon request copies of its written security procedures and shall afford the Service Provider upon request an opportunity to inspect its physical security arrangements.

The Supplier shall comply with all reasonable Security Requirements of the Customer while on the Premises and shall ensure that all Staff comply with such requirements.
17.3.2 The Supplier shall be entitled to request copies of the Customer's written security procedures and an opportunity to inspect the Customer's physical security arrangements.
17.3.3 The Customer shall have sole discretion as to whether to disclose its security procedures and permit the Supplier to access to inspect its physical security arrangements pursuant to a request made in accordance with clause 17.3.2. Any decision that the Customer makes in this regard shall be final.

(a) must only allow access to TransGrid’s premises and facilities, including the Site, by its employees, contractors or subcontractors or other persons that have been authorised to access these premises and facilities by TransGrid; and
(b) ensure that any keys, electronic security cards or passwords provided to the Supplier (including its employees, contractors or subcontractors) by TransGrid, are not made available to anyone unless expressly authorised in writing by TransGrid.
Security of Premises. Data Processor shall ensure Safety and Security for its employees, products and services. Premises protection shall be maintained around main risks: fire risk, floods & malicious acts risk (including but not limited to intrusion, theft, fraud, act of sabotage, bombing.
