Stormwater Facilities definition

Stormwater Facilities means various stormwater and drainage works that may include inlets, pipes, pumping stations, conduits, manholes, energy dissipation structures, stream channels, outlets, retention/detention basins, infiltration practices and other structural components.
Stormwater Facilities means manmade structures that are part of a stormwater management system designed to collect, convey, hold, divert, or discharge stormwater, and may include stormwater sewers, canals, detention facilities and retention facilities.
Stormwater Facilities means anything built or used for the control of stormwater, including without limitation catch basins, channels, culverts, detentions basins, energy dissipation structures, inlets, manholes, outlets, pipes and other conduits, retention basins, and roadways and gutters.

Examples of Stormwater Facilities in a sentence

  • All conveyancing lines, connections and related drainage systems forming a part of the Stormwater Facilities shall be installed and maintained below ground level to the extent feasible and customary.

  • All easement areas described in Sub-paragraphs (a) thru (e) below are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Easement Areas”, and the Access Facilities, Utility Facilities and Stormwater Facilities constructed on or in connection with such Easements are included within the Master Infrastructure.

  • Any and all expenses incurred by Glass House in connection with the monitoring, maintenance, repair or replacement of the Stormwater Facilities shall be assessed to the Owners of the Parcels on a pro rata basis based on acreage, such that each such Owner's share of such monitoring, maintenance, repair or replacement costs shall bear the same percentage to the total costs as the acreage of such Owner's Parcel bears to the total acreage of the Project as depicted in the Project Plans.

  • Unless and until relieved of such obligation as specifically set forth below, (i) the Village Entities, by and through the Association, shall be responsible to monitor, maintain, repair and replace the Access Facilities and Utility Facilities, and (ii) Glass House shall be responsible to monitor, maintain, repair and replace the Stormwater Facilities in each case in compliance with the Project Approvals and all applicable governmental rules, regulations or requirements.

  • Nothing in this Paragraph 4(c) shall be construed to impose or imply any obligation on the Village Entity to monitor, repair or replace the Stormwater Facilities, which maintenance and repair obligations are the sole responsibility of the Glass House, as set forth below in Paragraph 5.


More Definitions of Stormwater Facilities

Stormwater Facilities means and include the conveyancing lines, ponds, connections and other/related drainage and treatment facilities/systems constructed upon or installed within the Glass House Parcels consistent with the Project Plans intended for the conveyance and treatment of stormwater generated upon the Village Parcels. All conveyancing lines, connections and related drainage systems forming a part of the Stormwater Facilities shall be installed and maintained below ground level to the extent feasible and customary. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the foregoing provisions of this Paragraph 4(c), the Stormwater Easement shall only grant to the Village Entities or other benefitted parties, if any, the right to convey stormwater pursuant to and in compliance with any applicable permits or approvals issued by the County, the applicable Water Management District or other governmental authorities with jurisdiction over development of the Project and each Village Entity shall be responsible, and shall construct such stormwater facilities within its own Parcel as are necessary, for compliance with any and all rules, regulations, permits or approvals of or issued by the County, the applicable Water Management District or such other governmental authorities with respect to the stormwater generated upon such Parcel, including the construction of on-site water quality treatment facilities and any secondary stormwater collection and conveyancing facilities necessary to cause the stormwater generated upon the Village Parcel to be conveyed to the Stormwater Facilities, to the extent any such water quality treatment may not be performed at the Stormwater Facilities pursuant to applicable governmental permits or approvals. Each Village Entity utilizing such easements for installation or maintenance work from time to time shall be obligated to give the Owner of the affected portion of the Glass House Parcels at least ten (10) days prior notice of its intentions to enter upon the affected portion for purposes of exercising this easement right, except in emergency situations in connection with which the Village Entity utilizing such easements shall be obligated to provide only such advance notice as is reasonably practicable under such emergency conditions, and it shall also restore the Glass House Parcels to the condition existing prior to such work and such work shall be done at such times so as not to unreasonably interfere with Glass House’s use of the Glass House...
Stormwater Facilities means any one or more of the various devices used in the collection, treatment, or disposition of storm, flood or surface drainage waters, including all manmade structures or natural watercourses for the conveyance of runoff, such as: detention areas, berms, swales, improved watercourses, channels, bridges, gulches, wetland areas, streams, gullies, flumes, culverts, gutters, pumping stations, pipes, ditches, siphons, catch basins and street facilities; all inlets; collection, drainage, or disposal lines; intercepting sewers; disposal plants; settling basins; outfall sewers; all pumping, power, and other equipment and appurtenances; all extension, improvements, remodeling, additions, and alterations thereof; and any and all rights or interests in such stormwater facilities.
Stormwater Facilities means any facility, improvement, development or property made for controlling stormwater quantity and quality.
Stormwater Facilities may refer to water quality and/or water quantity facilities (i.e. low impact design features, water quality ponds, infiltration beds, detention or retention basins, swales, pipes, structures, proprietary treatment devices, etc.), which are located OUTSIDE the public road right-of- way on this property. Stormwater Facilities means, without limitation, detention areas or flood storage areas; reservoirs; open channels; culverts, spill structures; diversion and confinement berms; utility relocations; road crossing structures; bridges; water quality enhancement features; and landscaping of disturbed areas.
Stormwater Facilities means the drainage structures, conduits, conveyances, waterways, combined sewers, sewers, and all device appurtenances by means of which stormwater is collected, transported, pumped, treated or disposed of.
