Term. This Agreement commences on the Effective Date and ends upon completion of the Sponsorship or upon termination of the Agreement. Merck may terminate this Agreement at any time up to the date of the Event or Activity.
Term. Unless otherwise indicated on an Order Form, Qlik Product subscriptions shall begin upon the Delivery Date and automatically renew for successive annual terms unless either Party provides prior written notice of non-renewal to the other Party at least forty-five (45) days prior to the end of the then- current subscription period. Subscriptions may not be cancelled in whole or in part during any subscription period.
Term. This Agreement shall be considered a Fixed Lease. The Tenant shall be allowed to occupy the Property starting on November 1, 2022, and end on November 2, 2026. III.
Term. The Company’s term is 35 years, computed from its date of incorporation.
Term. Term. This Agreement shall commence on the date stated in the first section (the effective date) and shall terminate [Month, Day, Year] following that effective date, unless it terminates sooner according to the provisions of this Agreement. The Parties may renew this Agreement in writing upon mutual Agreement.
Term. The obligation of confidentiality stated in clause 2.1 above shall be in force for a term of two (2) years, counted from the date of execution of this Agreement. THIRD. EXCEPTIONS. 3.1 Disclosure of the Confidential Information to Representatives. The Receiving Party is authorized, without need for consent from the Disclosing Party, to disclose the Confidential Information and provide copies thereof, as long as the Confidential Information’s disclosure is made by reason of the Purpose, and is limited to the persons below, who altogether constitute the Representatives:
Term. This lndemnity Agreement will enter into force upon the execution date by the Co-obligor and the Obligor and will only terminate whenever all Surety Bonds (detailed herein in Exhibit ) and any of its amendments, endorsements or extensions have been totally and expressly canceled or terminated by any legal reason regulated under the terms of this agreement or by mutual consent among the parties.
