CANCELLATIONS. Any modification of the order must have Liebherr-Aerospace Montauban SAS's prior written agreement. In case of partial or total cancellation of an order by the customer less than forty-five (45) days before the scheduled delivery date, the customer is obliged to take delivery of the order and pay the entire contract price. Additionally, the customer must pay Liebherr-Aerospace Montauban SAS, as compensation, an amount corresponding to twenty percent (20%) of the total order price, plus the same amount to cover administrative expenses and all incurred expenses.
CANCELLATIONS a. Orders cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice prior to delivery / CTO are subject to a 100% cancellation charge. We will not issue refunds for rental items not utilized or ordered in excess.
b. All modifications to the existing contract must be made prior to 72 hours prior to delivery / CTO. Cancellations or modifications of labour on a specific job with less than 72 hours’ notice prior to delivery / CTO are subject to an additional charge.
c. A custom order is an order that includes at least 1 item that is not currently in our regular inventory. Once a custom order has been confirmed, the transaction is final. Thereafter, any modifications, additions, removals, or cancellations to the order are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
d. Refunds will not be issued for resale items.
CANCELLATIONS. Bookings that have not been fully paid within the deadlines set out in Paragraph 3 of Article 2.1 shall be cancelled, unless the total amount due to the Establishment is settled before the expiration of the time limit set out in the second and last reminder sent by the Establishment. If cancellation or modification occur thirty (30) days or less before arrival: Customers shall forfeit all the amounts paid to the Establishment. If cancellation or modification occur more than thirty (31) days before arrival: Customers shall forfeit their down payment.
CANCELLATIONS. 6.1. By the customer : You may have to cancel your stay. Only customers who took out cancellation insurance can claim a possible refund. (see.10. cancellation insurance).
6.2. By Camping Les Maraises : In case of events beyond its control, Camping Les Maraises reserves the right to change its services or cancel bookings. In this case, the customer may cancel his stay and the cancellation conditions will not be applicable. The paid amounts for the stay will be fully refunded.
CANCELLATIONS. According to the general sales terms and conditions, any booking with unpaid balance will be cancelled. For any cancellation received more than 30 days before the date of arrival the amount due as mentioned in the contract must be paid. Booking fees and deposit are retained. If the cancellation is due to us, the amount already paid will be paid back except if act of god.
CANCELLATIONS. According to the general sales terms and conditions, any booking with unpaid balance will be cancelled after 2 reclaims. • For any cancellations or changing booking request at least 30 days before the arrivals, all amounts paid will remain at the establishment for indemnity. • For any cancellations or changing booking request made at least 31days before the arrival date, the full of the advance payment will remain at the establishment.
CANCELLATIONS. Cancellation insurance is offered to you when booking. If you did not subscribe to our cancellation coverage when booking, you still have 72 hours to add this option.
CANCELLATIONS. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with your insurance company or with the CAMPEZ COUVERT company. In the absence of cancellation insurance or if it is not covered by it, you will be charged the administrative fees and you will have to owe: • An amount equal to 25% of the cost of the rental stay, if you cancel more than 30 days before the planned date of your stay. • An amount equal to the total cost of the stay in rental accommodation, or the total deposit of 80 euros in a camping pitch, if you cancel less than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival or if you do not show up for this dated. All customers are required to comply with the provisions of the campsite’s internal regulations. You must advise of any possible delay in your arrival by email, post or telephone, in order to keep your rental; the manager reserves the right to dispose of the rental retained if there is no news twenty-four hours after the scheduled date.
CANCELLATIONS. Cancellations must be done in writing. In case of cancellation from your side: • more than 30 days prior to arrival: the down payment will be kept • less than 30 days prior to arrival: the total amount of the stay must be paid by the cus- tomer.
CANCELLATIONS. You may only cancel an order before the order has been matched. Once matched, all orders are final. If an order is partially matched, you may only cancel the unmatched portion of the order. Service Provider reserves the right to refuse any cancellation request after order has been submitted. If you do not have enough funds in your account to fulfil an order, Service Provider may at its sole discretion cancel the entire order, fulfill a portion of the order, or fulfil the entire order and hold you liable for the reminder of the order unpaid.
