Compliance with law. You agree that You are solely liable and responsible for ensuring Your compliance with all applicable laws, including without limitation privacy and data protection laws, regarding the use or collection of data and information through the Service. You are also responsible for all activity related to Personal Data, including but not limited to, monitoring such Personal Data and activity, and preventing and addressing inappropriate data and activity, including the removal of data and the termination of access of the End User making such data available. You are responsible for safeguarding and limiting access to End User data by all persons and any of Your service providers, including Your Third Party Service Providers, with access to End User data and for the actions of all persons who are permitted access to use the Service by You.
Compliance with law. Client shall comply with, and shall cause its directors, officers, employees and agents to comply with, all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations applicable to the performance of its obligations under this agreement and all other laws, ordinances, rules and regulations applicable, including (but not limited to) those designed to counter corruption, money laundering and/or tax fraud, prohibition of child or forced labor, REACH, health and safety or any economic or trade sanctions or restrictive measures enacted, administered, imposed or enforced, and shall not undertake or cause to be undertaken any illegal or unlawful activity.
Compliance with law. The supplier represents and warrants that all goods sold and/or services provided hereunder are manufactured, produced and sold in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The suppler shall hold harmless and indemnify GROUPE XXXXXXX INC. against any loss, cost or damage resulting from any real or alleged breach of those laws and regulations.
Compliance with law. Consultant agrees during the Term of this Agreement to abide by any and all US (federal and state) and foreign laws, regulations or rules applicable to provision of the Services, including the payment of taxes and similar obligations. Consultant further agrees to at all times abide by the Company’s Code of Ethics, including its requirements of confidentiality, and to require any agents or subcontractors utilized in providing Services under this Agreement to enter into an agreement agreeing to be bound by all obligations described in this Section 7.
Compliance with law. Buyer and Seller will comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations related to the manufacture, sale and use of the Goods.
