Described below is how the district coordinates with Career Center partners to provide services to the district’s clients, including referral and information sharing mechanisms, or other collaboration such as participation on the local WIOA Business Services Team, etc. As an Affiliate Site in the GLOW Workforce Development Area (due to co-location of TANF & WIOA), officially the "Orleans County Career Center," Job Development is uniquely positioned to provide referrals for WIOA-funded services and other Career Center partners as WIOA staff are co-located in Job Development, and strong relationships have long been established with DOL and other agency counterparts within the One-Stop System. In accordance with the MOUs in place along with the approved GLOW Local Plan, Job Development works closely to improve upon service delivery within the system on behalf of the local district. Currently, Orleans County Job Development works closely with Career Center partners by appropriately referring participants for services, as identified through the assessment process and using the NYS DOL Referral Form, when appropriate. With appropriate client release, his/her Assessment and Individual Employment Plan is shared. Job Development staff advise individuals of the services available throughout the One-Stop System such as training assistance, available jobs and job referrals, virtual workshops and job fairs hosted by DOL, and potential education or training when available through WIOA or other resources. When appropriate, clients may be referred to ACCES-VR, the Commission for the Blind, or other agencies that offer assistance specific to the client's needs. In addition, staff regularly refer clients to our Title II partners, particularly Orleans/Niagara BOCES which provides scheduled Job Readiness Trainings and individualized assistance with resume development, interview skills, customer service certification, HSE achievement, job placement and other employment- and edu...

Described below is how the district coordinates with Career Center partners to provide services to the district’s clients, including referral and information sharing mechanisms, or other collaboration such as participation on the local WIOA Business Services Team, etc. The district and Career Center partners have an agreement to participate in a customer-focused referral system that will assist job seekers and business customers to access resources. Each partner offers information on services provided, program eligibility guidelines and how to apply for program services and/or arrange an appointment for the customer. A referral liaison is available for each system partner and protocols developed for making referrals between partners. Additionally, a release of information form is utilized to obtain participant consent to share and discuss information about the shared participant. Regular communication occurs with system partners to ensure positive outcomes.

  • Access to Services Subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedules, Company grants You a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, nontransferable, non-assignable, revocable license for the term of this Agreement to access and use the Services. Services may only be used by Your Users for internal business purposes only. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any Schedules, and with all applicable Company procedures and policies that further define use of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that the actions of any of Your Users with respect to the Services will be deemed to be actions by You and that any breach by any of Your Users of the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedule, will be deemed to be a breach by You.

  • Access to Site 3.05.1 Contractor may enter and leave the premises at all reasonable times without charge. Contractor and its employees may use the common areas and roadways of the premises where it is to perform the services together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services provided in connection with the premises for common use. This excludes parking for Contractor’s personnel. Contractor shall repair any damage caused by it or its employees as a result of its use of the common areas.

  • ACCESS TO SECURITY LOGS AND REPORTS Upon request, the Contractor shall provide access to security logs and reports to the State or Authorized User in a format as specified in the Authorized User Agreement.

  • Changes to Services The Parties acknowledge and agree that there will be changes to the scope of the Services during the Contract Period. The Customer may amend the Stories that are comprised within the Minimum Marketable Features of a Release at any time during the Release at no additional charge and without adopting the Change Control Procedure set out in Clause 28 above provided that: the Customer shall not be entitled to make any changes to the Stories that form the subject of a Sprint following the mutual agreement by the Parties of the Sprint Plan for that Sprint; new Stories and/or changes to existing Stories may only be introduced if: existing Stories with an equivalent number of Story Points are removed; or existing Stories are reduced in size by the equivalent number of Story Points, such that the total number of Story Points for the Release remains constant throughout the Release. The Supplier shall consider any request by the Customer to increase the number of Story Points for a Release, and may, subject to the Change Control Procedure set out at Clause 28, agree to such request.

Each member is required to select and provide the name of his or her network PCP who will provide and arrange for your health care. Your PCP provides your health care, orders lab tests and x-rays, prescribe medicines or therapies, and arranges hospitalization when necessary. You may choose one from the list of Access Blue New England network PCP providers on our website. Each enrolled member may select a different PCP. If a PCP is not chosen, we may assign one for each enrolled member. You may change your designated PCP by calling our Customer Service Department or visiting our website.   • Access to NID 2.7.3.1 NewPhone may access the customer’s premises wiring by any of the following means and NewPhone shall not disturb the existing form of electrical protection and shall maintain the physical integrity of the NID: 2.7.3.1.1 BellSouth shall allow NewPhone to connect its Loops directly to BellSouth’s multi-line residential NID enclosures that have additional space and are not used by BellSouth or any other telecommunications carriers to provide service to the premises; 2.7.3.1.2 Where an adequate length of the customer’s premises wiring is present and environmental conditions permit, either Party may remove the customer premises wiring from the other Party’s NID and connect such wiring to that Party’s own NID; 2.7.3.1.3 Either Party may enter the subscriber access chamber or dual chamber NID enclosures for the purpose of extending a cross-connect or spliced jumper wire from the customer premises wiring through a suitable “punch-out” hole of such NID enclosures; or 2.7.3.1.4 NewPhone may request BellSouth to make other rearrangements to the customer premises wiring terminations or terminal enclosure on a time and materials cost basis. 2.7.3.2 In no case shall either Party remove or disconnect the other Party’s loop facilities from either Party’s NIDs, enclosures, or protectors unless the applicable Commission has expressly permitted the same and the disconnecting Party provides prior notice to the other Party. In such cases, it shall be the responsibility of the Party disconnecting loop facilities to leave undisturbed the existing form of electrical protection and to maintain the physical integrity of the NID. It will be NewPhone’s responsibility to ensure there is no safety hazard, and NewPhone will hold BellSouth harmless for any liability associated with the removal of the BellSouth Loop from the BellSouth NID. Furthermore, it shall be the responsibility of the disconnecting Party, once the other Party’s loop has been disconnected from the NID, to reconnect the disconnected loop to a nationally recognized testing laboratory listed station protector, which has been grounded as per Article 800 of the National Electrical Code. If no spare station protector exists in the NID, the disconnected loop must be appropriately cleared, capped and stored. 2.7.3.3 NewPhone shall not remove or disconnect ground wires from BellSouth’s NIDs, enclosures, or protectors. 2.7.3.4 NewPhone shall not remove or disconnect NID modules, protectors, or terminals from BellSouth’s NID enclosures. 2.7.3.5 Due to the wide variety of NID enclosures and outside plant environments, BellSouth will work with NewPhone to develop specific procedures to establish the most effective means of implementing this section if the procedures set forth herein do not apply to the NID in question.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH NEW YORK STATE INFORMATION SECURITY BREACH AND NOTIFICATION ACT Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the New York State Information Security Breach and Notification Act (General Business Law Section 899-aa; State Technology Law Section 208).

  • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility and Security Standards a. Applicability: The following Electronic and Information Resources (“EIR”) requirements apply to the Contract because the Grantee performs services that include EIR that the System Agency's employees are required or permitted to access or members of the public are required or permitted to access. This Section does not apply to incidental uses of EIR in the performance of the Agreement, unless the Parties agree that the EIR will become property of the State of Texas or will be used by HHSC’s clients or recipients after completion of the Agreement. Nothing in this section is intended to prescribe the use of particular designs or technologies or to prevent the use of alternative technologies, provided they result in substantially equivalent or greater access to and use of a Product.

  • Performance of Services in Accordance with Regulatory Requirements; Furnishing of Books and Records In performing the services set forth in this Agreement, the Manager: A. shall conform with the 1940 Act and all rules and regulations thereunder, with all other applicable federal, state and foreign laws and regulations, with any applicable procedures adopted by the Trust’s Board of Trustees, and with the provisions of the Trust’s Registration Statement filed on Form N-1A as supplemented or amended from time to time; B. will make available to the Trust, promptly upon request, any of the Fund’s books and records as are maintained under this Agreement, and will furnish to regulatory authorities having the requisite authority any such books and records and any information or reports in connection with the Manager’s services under this Agreement that may be requested in order to ascertain whether the operations of the Trust are being conducted in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations.
