Access to Work Areas. Representatives duly authorized by ECCE shall be permitted to transact business on District premises so long as the transaction of such business does not interfere with the performance of an Employee’s duties to the District and is conducted during periods of time that the concerned Employee(s) is not rendering service to the District.
Access to Work Areas. Representatives of the Union may have access to work areas to conduct Union business with employees at times other than when employees are to be at their assigned duty stations or on employer time. Employer time does not include lunch and break periods. The Union representative will comply with normal policies and current procedures for the site regarding facility check-in and security.
Access to Work Areas. Visits by any Staff Representative of Ohio Council 8 to any work site must be pre-approved by a Department Head or the Director of Human Resources or his or her designee. When a Xxxxxxx, a representative of Ohio Council 8, or the President or Vice President of the Union receives permission to conduct Union business (in accordance with this article), they may meet with employees provided that such meetings do not interfere with work time or work assignments. Any suspected abuse of this privilege shall be resolved through a meeting with the Department Head and/or Human Resources Director and the Union.
Access to Work Areas. AND FACILITIES Union representatives shall be permitted access to all work areas where workers are or may be working, provided that:
A. To the extent practicable such access shall be timed to coincide with the non-work time of the affected workers in the area.
B. To the extent the Union believes access to a work area is necessary to conduct essential Union business during the work time of affected workers the Union shall first notify the AVP of Employee & Labor Relations. The AVP of Employee & Labor Relations shall then advise the Union of any appropriate time for such access. In no event, if such access is granted, shall the total time allowed exceed 10 minutes, unless the supervisor agrees to a longer period of access.
C. The Union agrees that its representatives will observe all safety practices and department rules and shall confine the duration and scope of access as set forth in the paragraphs above. Any conduct by a union representative that interferes or disrupts ongoing work may be grounds to bar any future access to the affected work area by that individual for a specified period of time. Any decision to bar future access will be communicated by the AVP of Employee & Labor Relations.
Access to Work Areas. CSEA shall have the right of access at reasonable times to areas in which employees work.
Access to Work Areas. Owner, and its duly authorized representatives and employees, and all duly authorized representatives of governmental agencies having jurisdiction over work areas or any part thereof shall, at all reasonable times, for the purpose of determining compliance with Contract requirements and permits, have access to such areas and the premises used by Contractor. Contractor shall also arrange for Owner, its said representatives and employees, to have access at all reasonable times to all places where equipment or materials are being manufactured, produced, or fabricated for use under the Contract.
Access to Work Areas. The work performed under this Contract may not cause a disruption in the work of the Department of Finance. It is the Contractor's responsibility to obtain clearance from Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx of Information Systems Services (ISS), or any other Department of Finance designee, and the custodian of the building where the work is to be performed at least 48 hours before the start of work in that area.
Access to Work Areas. 4 The Association shall have the right of access to areas in which unit members’ 5 work, subject to the following procedures and conditions:
6 6.1.1 All Association business, discussion, and activities shall be conducted 7 by unit members and Association officials outside of unit members’ 8 assigned duty times, and in such a way which will not interfere with 9 school programs.
10 6.1.2 Unit members shall have the right to refrain from listening or 11 speaking with Association representatives.
12 6.1.3 Association representatives shall notify the Superintendent or 13 designee in advance of the time, place, and nature of Association 14 business.
15 6.1.4 Association representatives who are not employed by the District 16 shall also follow District procedures prior to visiting the school 17 campus.
Access to Work Areas. The Contractor shall make all arrangements through the Contract Administrator or his designee to obtain access to buildings, facilities and other work areas. • When necessary, arrange for them to be opened and closed by the controlling authority. • The Owner may issue keys to the Contractor. • The Contractor shall sign for keys issued and return them to the owner when the work is finished. • The Contractor shall use due diligence and be responsible for compromised security systems to include replacement costs that result from its action or inaction
