Accrual of Entitlements / Continuity of Service. 9.1.1 Accrued entitlements of full-time and part-time Employees as at the date of lodgement of this Agreement shall carry forward as entitlements under this Agreement. Those entitlements shall be applied in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Accrual of Entitlements / Continuity of Service. Employees are entitled to annual leave, personal (sick/carer’s leave, compassionate leave, community service leave (including jury duty), parental leave, family and domestic violence leave and public holidays in accordance with the NES and the Company policies and procedures concerning leave.

  • Accrual of Sick Leave a. A full-time employee shall accrue four (4) hours of sick leave for each biweekly pay period, or the number of hours that are directly proportionate to the number of days worked during less than a full-pay period, without limitation as to the total number of hours that may be accrued.

  • Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above. In no event shall Provider dispose of data pursuant to this provision unless and until Provider has received affirmative written confirmation from LEA that data will not be transferred to a separate account.
