Activity Work Plan. The Activity Work Plan will be negotiated between you and us from time to time as agreed by both parties during the life of the Agreement. Using our Activity Work Plan template it will specify the Activity details, deliverable, timeframes for delivery and measures of achievement. It may include a budget or other administrative controls intended to help manage activity risks. Once the Activity Work Plan has been agreed by both parties it will form part of the agreement.

Activity Work Plan. 2.12.1 Your Organisation must develop, maintain and update an Activity Work Plan for the Block Funded Activities and an Activity Work Plan for the ISP Activities. 2.12.2 Your Organisation must provide each draft Activity Work Plan to the Department for its approval. Each draft Activity Work Plan must be provided at the times, in the form and containing the information specified in this Agreement (including the Schedule and the Programme Manual) and any other written instructions that the Department issues from time to time. Each draft Activity Work Plan must use the relevant plan template at Attachment A to the Schedule (or as otherwise notified by the Department). 2.12.3 The Department will review each draft Activity Work Plan and will notify Your Organisation in writing of any changes that the Department requires to that draft as soon as practicable. Your Organisation agrees to accommodate the Department’s requested changes to the draft Activity Work Plan and to provide a revised draft to the Department for its final approval within 7 days (or other period agreed in writing by the Parties) after the Department requests the changes. 2.12.4 If the Department, acting reasonably, considers that the revised draft of an Activity Work Plan does not give effect to the changes it requested, the Department may withhold a payment of Grant funds and/or terminate the Activity or this Agreement in accordance with clause 10.2 [Termination for default]. 2.12.5 If a draft Activity Work Plan is approved by the Department, it will become the Department-approved Activity Work Plan for the Block Funded Activities or the ISP Activities (as relevant) and will be incorporated into, and form part of, this Agreement. 2.12.6 Your Organisation is required to conduct each of the Block Funded Activities and the ISP Activities in accordance with the relevant Activity Work Plan. 2.12.7 Where specified in the Schedule, Your Organisation must provide an updated Activity Work Plan to the Department by the due date specified in Item E and Item F of the Schedule. The updated Activity Work Plan must be provided in the form and containing the information specified in this Agreement (including the Schedule and the Programme Manual) and any other written instructions that the Department issues from time to time. Activity Work Plan. The Grantee must submit a completed Activity Work Plan on the template provided with the Grant Agreement. An Activity Work Plan will be used to outline the specific grant requirements. The Activity Work Plan documents planned deliverables, milestones and outputs for the funded project. The Activity Work Plan will correspond with the activities outlined in the Grantee’s grant application for the program. Performance Indicators The Activity will be measured against the following Performance Indicator/s: Activities are completed according to scope, quality, timeframes and budget defined in the Activity Work Plan. Other monitoring, evaluation and assurance activities, including performance expectations, will be outlined in the Monitoring Evaluation and Assurance Framework. The Commonwealth and Grantee agree that the Activity Work Plan has been completed as specified or, in case of divergence, to a satisfactory standard. The Rural Financial Counselling Activity starts on 1 July 2021 and ends on 30 June 2024, which is the Activity Completion Date. The Agreement ends on 30 September 2024 or when the Commonwealth accepts all of the reports provided by the Grantee and the Grantee has repaid any Grant amount as required under this Agreement, which is the Agreement End Date. Use of the Grant The Grantee agrees to use the Grant in accordance with the budget set out in the Activity Work Plan. The Grant must not be used for the following activities (whether or not these activities form part of the Activity): mangrove afforestation of eroded shorelines or parts of the intertidal zones where coastal wetlands previously didn’t exist because of coastal processes. This includes planting mangrove propagules in lower intertidal mudflats which are too low in the tidal frame for mangroves to grow and which may displace other valuable habitats (for example, intertidal mudflats) costs of purchasing, leasing, depreciation of, or development of land cost of fencing that is for the primary purpose of stock management or standard boundary fencing where it is a landholder’s normal responsibility planting of species that are known to be, or have the potential to become, an agricultural or environmental weed (which may include some native Australian species when planted out of region – please refer to relevant State or Territory Government for further information about weeds in the relevant area) revegetation activities using species which are not native to the area activities that will have a negative impact on ecosystems outside the project boundaries costs for activities that are unlawful or the legislative and/or regulatory responsibility of others, such as managing or controlling certain weeds...

Activity Work Plan. An Activity Work Plan setting out the description, objective/s, activity/ies, location/s, partners, team members, participants, timeframes and budget for the project will be negotiated between the Grantee and the Department. The Activity Work Plan will be consistent with the Activity proposed to be undertaken in the Grantee’s grant application, taking into account any conditions of funding. It must be agreed by the Department before work or expenditure on delivering against the Activity Work Plan is commenced. The Activity Work Plan will be negotiated between you and us from time to time as agreed by both parties during the life of the Agreement. An Activity Work Plan template will be provided.
