Additional Monument Recovery and ROW Boundary Resolution. If it is determined that the Isolated Enhanced Accessibility route segments described in the project understanding section of these SOW require more precise locating and plotting of right-of-way and parcel lines, Consultant shall provide these services for the applicable areas as described in Tasks 4.2 and 4.5. POTENTIAL CONTRACT ADDITIONS (RESERVED FOR FUTURE AMENDMENT(S)) Amendment(s) to this contract may be proposed at a later date to fulfill the project goals. The tasks that have been identified for potential inclusion at a later date, that are not included in this SOW, are listed below. Level of effort and scope to be determined by the City and included in an amendment(s) for these services, which are estimated at $1,110,000 through the entire project duration. The total anticipated not to exceed amount for all phases under this Agreement is $ 1,980,033. • GO Bond Key Route Segment R1-D, Additional Low Stress Network Segment o Segment identified through early project planning efforts to allow completion of route within target date, in the event a nearby synergy project is found not able to provide their anticipated improvements within a desired timeframe. • Connected and Protected Routes o Preliminary Studies / Alternatives Analysis Phase of Design would further estimate Final Engineering and Construction Costs associated with the “connected and protected” options for each Crosstown Route Segment and Intersection. Additional design services may become required if there is additional funding allocated to any of these “Connected and Protected” Segments or Intersections. • Right of Way & Real Property Acquisition o The original Scope of Work assumes that design will mitigate any temporary or permanent Right of Way needs due to the limited project budget and schedule. However, similar to the potential work added to achieve the “Connected and Protected” goal. • BNSF Railway (BNSF) Design and Coordination o It is currently believed that 9th Street Improvements will be located fully outside of the BNSF Right of Way that runs parallel to the east side of the road. Depending on options selected in Alternatives Analysis, coordination with BNSF may become required.
