Alcohol Usage. OSCA allows the serving or consumption of alcohol on its premises. Should the member choose to serve alcohol, they do so at their own risk and liability. If alcohol is served, it must be free of charge and not sold (i.e., NO CASH BARS). Underage/unsafe/excess consumption will not be tolerated by OCSA staff and could lead to the sponsoring member’s loss of OCSA Membership. Authorities will be called to address any situation that threatens the safety and well-being of any person.

Alcohol Usage. A Banquet Permit from the Washington Liquor Cannabis Board must be obtained and posted. URL for the application is on the Rental Checklist first page. All applicable laws governing the use of the permit must be strictly adhered to. No alcoholic beverage is allowed outside the premises. If there is evidence of members of your party consuming alcohol on the outside of the premises you agree to forfeiture of the cleaning/security deposit. Any cleaning or damage will be an additional charge. Gum: Gum is not allowed either inside or outside of the premises. If there is gum on the floor, carpet or sidewalk you will be charged $100. Smoking: There is to be no smoking of anything in the building. Tobacco smoking is allowed outside of the building. No Cannabis smoking inside or outside of the building. Your deposit will be forfeit if you or your guests have smoked cannabis either inside or outside the building.
Alcohol Usage. An Alcohol Usage Waiver must be signed by the Host/Resident if alcohol is being served. The Tukwila HOA is not responsible for alcohol being served on the premises and will not be held liable for any accidents due to the consumption of alcohol at the facility. Alcohol Usage. Participants in the Honors Program will be placed in apartments that are considered “dry”. Dry refers to alcohol-free zones in which no alcohol is allowed under any circumstances. Apartments in which alcohol is present/found would be considered a lease violation for both the person in possession of the alcohol and also the occupants of that apartment.

Alcohol Usage. Renter will be allowed to serve beer and wine after meeting the following requirements: o The attached form must be filled out completely to obtain approval by the City of Valley Council at least one month prior to event. Council meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month with the exception of November and December. The renter will be notified whether or not they have been approved once it has gone before Council. o Once approval is given renter will be expected to pay for one or more off-duty City of Valley Police Officer(s) at the rate of $25.00 per hour depending on expected attendance. Police officers will be scheduled for the event through the Valley Police Department. o The approval will only be for beer and wine. No hard liquor will be allowed to be served.
Alcohol Usage. Wine, Champaign and Beer will be allowed with prior written approval. Under no circumstances will hard liquor be distributed, sold or on the premises, no exceptions. Pre-approved security (Licensed Law Enforcement Only) is required when approved alcohol will be present. Payment for security is the responsibility of the renter. Proof of arrangement must be presented two-weeks before the event date. If proof is not presented this contract will become null and void and the facility will no longer be reserved for the original agreed upon date. If it is discovered hard liquor is on the premises the event will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. A management fee of $100 will be assessed for disobeying police/security/management personnel for any behavior deemed to be assaultive, abusive, dangerous, or behavior is total disregard to the rights, safety, and/or quiet enjoyment of other tenants, management or members of the general public.

  • Alcohol on the day of testing all workers onsite shall be required to submit a breath sample i.e. blanket testing.

  • Alcohol Testing Alcohol testing will be conducted by using an evidential breath-testing device (EBT) approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. A screening test will be conducted first. This initial screening may be accomplished using a saliva test kit. If the result is an alcohol concentration level of less than 0.02 percent, the test is considered a negative test. If the alcohol concentration level is 0.02 percent or more, a second confirmation test using the EBT will be conducted. The procedures that will be utilized by the lab for collection and testing of the specimen are attached hereto as Appendix A.
