AMAPCEO will provide a bulletin board in the mail/copier room for the use of the Union.
AMAPCEO shall attempt to provide vacations during the periods preferred by employees subject to ensuring that operational requirements are met.
AMAPCEO in its sole discretion, may provide overtime pay instead of time off in lieu. In such cases, employees will receive one hour of pay at straight time for each hour of overtime worked up to 44 hours per week, and one and one half (1.5) hours of straight time pay for each hour of overtime worked in excess of 44 hours per week and for each hour of overtime worked on a Saturday or Sunday if required by AMAPCEO to do so. Overtime pay is not considered pensionable earnings.
AMAPCEO agrees to allow the bargaining unit employees from the Union's negotiating committee time off work without loss of regular straight time pay or credits for the time spent in direct negotiations with AMAPCEO where the employee would otherwise have been required to work on that day. Employees shall not be entitled to overtime pay or credits as a result of time spent in negotiations outside of their regular working hours.
AMAPCEO agrees to fully support the Employer in promoting safety rules and practices. Additionally, AMAPCEO will encourage its members in the observation of all safety rules and practices.
AMAPCEO may renew a temporary assignment, without having to post the position, up to a maximum of an additional twelve (12) month period, as long as the total period of the temporary assignment does not exceed twenty-four (24) months.

  • Executive Director (a) The HMO must employ a qualified individual to serve as the Executive Director for its HHSC HMO Program(s). Such Executive Director must be employed full-time by the HMO, be primarily dedicated to HHSC HMO Program(s), and must hold a Senior Executive or Management position in the HMO’s organization, except that the HMO may propose an alternate structure for the Executive Director position, subject to HHSC’s prior review and written approval. (b) The Executive Director must be authorized and empowered to represent the HMO regarding all matters pertaining to the Contract prior to such representation. The Executive Director must act as liaison between the HMO and the HHSC and must have responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) ensuring the HMO’s compliance with the terms of the Contract, including securing and coordinating resources necessary for such compliance; (2) receiving and responding to all inquiries and requests made by HHSC related to the Contract, in the time frames and formats specified by HHSC. Where practicable, HHSC must consult with the HMO to establish time frames and formats reasonably acceptable to the Parties; (3) attending and participating in regular HHSC HMO Executive Director meetings or conference calls; (4) attending and participating in regular HHSC Regional Advisory Committees (RACs) for managed care (the Executive Director may designate key personnel to attend a RAC if the Executive Director is unable to attend); (5) making best efforts to promptly resolve any issues identified either by the HMO or HHSC that may arise and are related to the Contract; (6) meeting with HHSC representative(s) on a periodic or as needed basis to review the HMO’s performance and resolve issues, and (7) meeting with HHSC at the time and place requested by HHSC, if HHSC determines that the HMO is not in compliance with the requirements of the Contract.

  • Sales and Marketing Subdistributor shall market, promote, and solicit orders for the Products to prospective and existing Customers (excluding the Excluded Customers) consistent with good business practice and the highest professional standards in the industry, in each case using its best efforts to maximize Product sales volume in the Territory in accordance with Distributor’s Product marketing strategies, channel and pricing guidelines, and sales policies, and in a manner that reflects favorably at all times on the Products and the good name, goodwill, and reputation of Distributor;

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

  • CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contractor shall designate a customer service representative (and inform Enterprise Services of the same) who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Contract.
