You agree that Align may use Patient Data for promotional, educational and/ or research purposes, publication in professional journals or use in professional collateral materials, provided that such Patient Data has first been anonymised in a way that neither you nor any patient are identifiable. Customer grants Keyloop a non-exclusive irrevocable, royalty-free licence to reproduce, analyse, build predictive models, and otherwise use the Customer Data and to distribute such data to third parties in anonymised statistical and/or compilation forms (from which Customer, Customer’s Personnel and Customer’s own customers are not identifiable). Customer acknowledges that the output of such statistical analyses and compilations shall be the property of Keyloop.
