Appropriate Unit Definition. The appropriate unit consists of all employees who are certified in Class 1, 2, 4, or 5 as provided in Section 20-4-106 MCA or employees whose position requires certification in contact with students or other services of a professional nature, but shall exclude those positions which are primarily administrative: superintendents, assistant superintendents, principals, assistant principals, supervisors, deans, together with other exempt positions and any and all classified positions.

WAGE GROUP: C14 Engineering/Production Employee - Level I As Engineering/Production Employee - Level I is an employee who is undertaking up to 38 hours induction training which may include information on the enterprise, conditions of employment, introduction to supervisors and fellow workers, training and career path opportunities, plant layout, work and documentation procedures, occupational health and safety, equal employment opportunity and quality control/assurance. An employee at this level performs routine duties essentially of a manual nature and to the level of his/her training:
