RECOGNITION AND UNIT DEFINITION. The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive representative of all employees employed by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Distribution Red River, Texas, excluding all management officials, supervisors, professional employees and employees described in 5 U.S.C. 7112 (b) (2), (3), (4), (6), and (7).
