ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE. The general purpose of the Agreement is to establish mutually satisfactory relations between the Employer and its employees, and to provide machinery for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances, and to establish and maintain satisfactory working conditions, hours and wages for all employees who are subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE. The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish mutually satisfactory employment relations as set out herein between the Employer and the nurses covered by this Agreement.
ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE. The general purpose of this Collective Agreement is to establish orderly collective bargaining between the University of New Brunswick (hereafter referred to as the Employer or the University) and those Employees represented by the Public Service Alliance of Canada and its Local 60550; to ensure the prompt resolution of disputes and grievances; and to establish an agreement covering rates of pay and other working conditions.
ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE. The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain collective bargaining relations between the Employer and the Nurses covered by this Agreement, and to provide for an on-going means of communication between the Association and the Employer, and to promote the prompt disposition of grievances, the efficient operation of the Employer's business, and to establish and maintain mutually satisfactory salaries, hours of work, and working conditions for all nurses who are subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE. 1.01 The Great Canadian Theatre Company is Ottawa’s alternative theatre and new play development centre. The Employer and the Union agree that it is the general purpose of this Agreement to continue to xxxxxx and facilitate the creation of independent theatrical productions by setting forth the terms of employment, the rates of pay and hours of work that both parties have agreed to, and to provide a procedure for the prompt and fair settlement of grievances.
ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE. 1.01 The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a collective bargaining relationship between the Agency and its employees represented by the Association, to provide a prompt disposition of grievances, to make provisions herein for wages, hours of work and working conditions for all employees within the bargaining unit.
1.02 It is recognized that the employees wish to work together with the Employer to secure the best possible service and health protection for their clients.
1.03 Where any provision of this Agreement or any practice thereunder is at any time contrary to law, this Agreement is deemed to be amended so as to make the provisions of this Agreement conform to the law.

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish by mutual agreement an orderly collective bargaining relationship between the Employer and the employees concerned, and to provide for the prompt disposition of grievances, to establish and maintain satisfactory working conditions, hours of work, and wages for all employees within the bargaining unit.
ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE. 1.01 It is the intent and purpose of the Parties to maintain harmonious relationships between the Board and the teachers in the Union and to co-operate to the fullest extent in an endeavour to provide the best possible educational service.
1.02 This Agreement sets forth certain of the conditions of employment together with the salaries and allowances, which apply, to the teachers who are covered by the Agreement.
ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE. 1.01 The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain collective bargaining relations between the Employer, the Union and Registered Nurses covered by this Agreement; to provide for ongoing means of communication between the Union and the Employer and the prompt disposition of grievances and the final settlement of disputes and to establish and maintain mutually acceptable wages, hours of work and other conditions of employment in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
1.02 It is recognized that the nurses wish to work together with the Employer to secure the best possible nursing care, community health services and health protection for clients.
ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE. 1.01 The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain collective bargaining relations between the Health Centre and the nurses covered by this Agreement; to provide for on-going means of communication between the Association and the Health Centre and the prompt disposition of grievances and the final settlement of disputes and to establish and maintain mutually satisfactory salaries, hours of work and other conditions of employment in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
1.02 It is recognized that nurses wish to work together with the Health Centre to secure the best possible nursing care and health protection for residents. Appropriate committees have been created under this Agreement to work towards this objective. NOTE: In this collective agreement, where the context otherwise requires, the word “nurse(s)“ shall include employees in affiliated bargaining units who are represented by the Ontario Nurses’ Association.
