ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE. The general purpose of the Agreement is to establish mutually satisfactory relations between the Employer and its employees, and to provide machinery for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances, and to establish and maintain satisfactory working conditions, hours and wages for all employees who are subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE. The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish mutually satisfactory employment relations as set out herein between the Employer and the nurses covered by this Agreement.
