ARTICLE LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. The Bargaining Unit and the Board will each appoint representativesto a Labour Management Committee consisting of up to three (3) members appointed by District Educational Assistants Bargaining Unit and up to three (3) members appointed by the Board. Either party may invite additional advisors to the meeting as appropriate. The Committee will meet as required at the request of either party to discuss matters of common concern. Meetings of the Committee will be arranged within five (5) days of request and will take place during normal working hours and will be without loss of pay for the Bargaining Unit members of the Committee.
ARTICLE LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. The Employer agrees to establish a Committee, composed of two (2) Management and two (2) Bargaining Unit employees which will meet as the need arises, but not more often than once a month mutually agreed, to discuss various questions or problems of common interest affecting the working conditions of the members of the bargaining unit. Grievances of any kind will not be discussed by the Committee. The Chair and the Secretary roles will be shared between the parties on an basis. Minutes of these meetings will be recorded, typed and, distributed to the committee members within two (2) weeks of the meeting. Responsibility for recording, typing, and distributing agenda and minutes will alternate between the Union and the Employer from meeting to meeting.
ARTICLE LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. The Employer and the Union shall establish a Labour Management Committee whose responsibility it shall be to review and make recommendations regarding any and all subjects of mutual interest to the Employer and the Union. This Committee shall meet every three (3) months, or on a more frequent basis at the call of either the Employer or the Union. Both the Employer and the Union shall be entitled to a maximum of three (3) members on this Committee. Each party shall submit, for the agenda, those items it wishes to discuss at least one week prior to the Committee meeting.
ARTICLE LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. The parties hereto agree to the establishment of a Joint Labour-Management Committee composed of equal numbers of representatives of the Association and representatives of the Union not to exceed four (4) in total. purpose of this Committee will be for the effective administration of Collective Agreement; to discuss or problems relating to the industry; and to provide a of for the resolution of any or all disputes that arise through the application of the Agreement. ARTICLE LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. The Union and the Employer agree that consultation and communication on matters of joint interest are desirable to promote constructiveand harmonious relations. The parties agree that a labour management committee composed of up to four (4) representativesfrom the Union and up to four (4) representatives of the Employer, or such composition as otherwise agreed to shall be used as a forum for consultation on changes in conditions of employment not governed by this Agreement and on other matters of mutual interest. The committee shall meet once every two (2) months or more frequently, with the consent of the parties. While the committee shall consider and attempt to resolve all problems of mutual concern, it is understood that the committee shall function in an advisory capacity and shall have no power to alter, amend, add or modify the terms of this Agreement.
ARTICLE LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. A Labour Management Committee shall be established consisting of the incumbent President and Recording Secretary of the Union, plus five (5) Union members The Committee shall enjoy the full support of both parties inthe interests of improvedservice to the public and job security for the employees. Considering constructive criticisms of all activities so that better relations shall exist between the employer and employees. Increasing operating efficiency by promotingco-operation in effecting economy moves. Promoting safety and sanitary practices and the observance of safety rules. Reviewing suggestions from employees, questions of working conditions and (but grievances concerned with service).
ARTICLE LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. A Committee will be formed to consult on matters of mutual interest. This Committee shall be comprised of equal representation of the Union and the Employer. Each party shall choose their respective representatives. The will meet at any time at the request of either party, but in any event will meet at least once every six (6) months.
ARTICLE LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. The Corporation and the Union w i l l each appoint from separate areas of work as defined i n Article up to three persons, each to act as members of a labour- management discussion committee. Each party s h a l l designate one of its appointees to act as a co - chairperson who, as such, w i l l be the contact person f o r h i s nominees. Each party w i l l advise the Human Resources Division of the names of its appointees and co - chairpersons, which s h a l l be communicated to all Employees and Senior Except i n an emergency s i t u a t i o n the Committee w i l l not meet more often than once every three months. The co - chairpersons s h a l l exchange agendas a t l e a s t one week before regular meetings. While it is understood t h a t the Committee w i l l determine its own procedures, it is agreed and understood t h a t items or any other matters w i l l not include matters which could be processed as an employee or policy grievance under the provisions of the Collective Agreement. w i l l t h i s Committee have any authority to attempt to amend the Collective Agreement i n any manner.

Meetings of the Committee shall take place during normal working hours and shall be considered time worked for the Bargaining Unit members of the Committee. There shall be no discussion of any matter that has been filed as a grievance as a Labour-Management Committee meeting unless the Parties mutually agree otherwise.
