Assigned Services. Entel shall perform Microwave Relocation Services Phase I, Market Relocation Analysis for the [***] microwave paths listed on Attachment A to this Work Order.
Assigned Services. 2 On at least a semi-annual basis, each nurse will meet with her/his program 3 manager to review the budget for professional leave. The parties will discuss how to 4 allocate budget resources to meet the needs of the agency, to maintain a high level 5 of professionalism, to review requests for professional leave, and to evaluate 6 professional leave classes taken. 8 To encourage professional development, any regular full time, seasonal, or part 9 time employee who wishes to pursue educational courses or certification training 10 directly related to the employee’s career in County service, may apply for financial 11 assistance as follows:
12 1. Employees must secure their department head’s approval before the 13 training class or course begins. A Memorandum of Agreement must be completed 14 and signed by the employee and department head. The original Agreement must be 15 forwarded to Human Resources; and a copy forwarded to Payroll.
17 2. The department head may choose to reimburse 50 to 100 percent of 18 the course/class, upon successful completion of the course/class. The employee may 19 be reimbursed for a maximum of three courses per school year provided that a grade 20 of “C” of above is earned. The employee must provide a statement of course credit, 21 training certification, and a tuition receipt to the department head.
23 3. If the County provides funds for tuition assistance, the employee agrees 24 to remain in the employ of the County for a minimum period of one full year dating 25 from the completion of the course/s or repay the County for the full amount of the 26 tuition/training reimbursement. Educational assistance will not be provided to an 27 employee whose employment terminates prior to completion of the course/s, unless 28 terminated as a result of a layoff.
30 4. The employee agrees that if he/she fails to continue in County 31 employment for the minimum period as outlined in No. 3 above, he/she will repay the 32 County the cost of the educational/training course/s.
1 5. The employee agrees that any repayment required by Xx. 0 xxxxx, 0 xxxxx xx deducted from the employee’s final payroll check.
4 6. The department head may, in special circumstances, choose to pay 5 50% to 100% of the costs prior to the class/course start date. In such circumstances, 6 employees must abide by all conditions set forward in this policy and agree to 7 reimburse the County as outlined above.
Assigned Services. Compensation Triton shall compensate Entel in accordance with the pricing terms set forth in Exhibit II of the Agreement.
Assigned Services. Entel shall prepare and issue the Prior Coordination Notices (PCNS) for the BTAs set forth above.
Assigned Services. Entel shall prepare and issue the Prior Coordination Notices (PCN) for the BTA set forth above. This PCN is required due to a modification of the RF design for this market.
Assigned Services. Entel shall perform Microwave Engineering Services for [***] target sites located in the BTA set forth above. The target sites are PCS sites that require a microwave link to an adjacent PCS site in order to obtain T1 service. Triton has provided a list of [***] candidate donor sites for the [***] target sites. Therefore, Entel will complete path surveys for [***] links as directed by Triton.
Assigned Services. Entel shall perform Comparable Cost Appraisal and Reimbursement Negotiation Services as detailed on the attached Scope of Services. Entel shall perform such services for all microwave paths for which Triton is responsible for cost-sharing reimbursement to a PCS Relocator(s).
Assigned Services. Entel shall perform Microwave Engineering Services for the existing microwave path between Station [***] to [***]. These Engineering Services will include the completion of a Path Profile using 30-meter terrain data and a field survey in order to determine the cause for the intermittent outages experiences on this path.
Assigned Services. Entel shall provide Frequency Coordination Services and prepare FCC applications for Stations [***] in order to enable Triton to modify the channel capacities of the existing [***].
Assigned Services. Entel shall perform Microwave Engineering Services for [***] proposed microwave paths located in the BTA set forth above. These links and the services requested are listed on Attachment 1 to Work Order 14.
