Association-Administration Meetings. The Superintendent and other administration, as needed, shall meet the President and his designated committee once each month, if requested by the Association or Superintendent. The main function of the meetings shall be to confer on all matters of mutual concern.

Association-Administration Meetings. The Association and the Administration recognize the importance of communication in maintaining good relationships and agree to meet for the purpose of discussion. Meetings shall be held periodically with reasonable written notice stating the item or items to be discussed at such meetings. Communication with the Board of Education shall be through the superintendent or his/her designated representative, and communication to the Association shall be made through the superintendent or his/her designated representative to the president of the Association. Sufficient copies of communications will be provided when desired to meet the needs of the Board of Education and/or the Association. These copies shall be prepared by the party initiating the communication.
Association-Administration Meetings. Upon the reasonable request of either party, the College President, the Vice President, Academic Affairs, or their designees, and the Association President, the Association Vice President, or their designees, shall meet at least once during each semester to discuss matters of mutual concern. The party requesting the meeting may submit a written agenda of the items it wishes to discuss at least two (2) working days prior to the date of the meeting. Where appropriate, the College President or his/her designee may invite other members of the Administration to be present at such a meeting. This Section shall not be applicable to any matter currently under negotiations or that is the subject of a grievance that is being processed pursuant to the grievance procedure set forth in this Agreement.
Association-Administration Meetings. 25.01 Monthly Labor Management meetings between the representatives of the Association appointed by the Association President and representatives of the Administration appointed by the Superintendent may be held to review common concerns affecting the total educational program and policies affecting the professional personnel. The committee will be comprised of up to five (5) members per team. When possible, Labor Management Committee members from both the Association and the Administration will be representative of Elementary, Middle, and High School. Meeting dates and times for the school year will be established at the first meeting of the year which will occur no later than September 15. Any items of concern to be discussed at such meeting should be forwarded to the Superintendent or Association President as agenda items at least two (2) work days prior to the meetings. The agenda will include a brief description of the issues/topics to be discussed. Agendas can be modified in case of extenuating circumstances.

Association-Administration Meetings. The representatives of the Association and the Central Administration agree to meet periodically during the term of this Agreement for the purpose of discussing concerns and maintaining open communication. Meetings shall be held with reasonable notice stating a tentative agenda of items to be discussed. It is further agreed that representatives of the Association may request, and the Administration will agree, to meet semi-annually (October and April) with the Administration to review and make recommendations on the following programs:
