Attendance Award Program. Employees in the following classifications shall be eligible for an attendance award of one hundred dollars ($100) for each calendar quarter in which they had perfect attendance (no absences) or for an attendance award of seventy-five dollars ($75) for each calendar quarter in which they had no more than one (1) workday of absence. Partial absences totaling no more than eight (8) hours will be permitted. Absences for leave covered under the Family and Medical Leave Act, vacation leave, jury duty leave, paid military leave, Union leave and up to five (5) days sick leave for reasons of bereavement are excluded. Attendance Award Program. Employees who achieve perfect attendance in a calendar month will earn a $100.00 attendance award. Employees who have earned this award for each quarter (Dec - Feb; Mar - May; Jun – Aug; Sep - Nov) will earn an additional $100 award per quarter. Employees who have earned this award for each month in the calendar year will earn an additional $500.00. Payment of attendance awards will be made in the month following the end of the respective month. Seniority employees who have perfect attendance for the Quarter, can also earn an additional Paid Personal day. If earned, all Paid Personal day rules apply (see Article 9, Section 8) To earn any Attendance Award Program awards, employees will need to have perfect attendance by working all the regular hours scheduled per month. Because not all months are equal in weeks, the targeted scheduled hours will be posted at the beginning of each calendar year of the Agreement. In accordance with the Company’s fiscal calendar, the 4-week months will be equivalent to 160 hours and 5-week month will be equivalent to 200 hours. Straight time hours worked, vacation days, paid personal days, holidays, jury duty (maximum 15 days), and paid bereavement will count toward the perfect attendance goal. Employees who are sent home or asked not to come in for a day due to lack of work will receive credit toward the award for the day. Credit will not be given for time an employee is on a formal layoff or personal or medical leave of absence. Employees must be on the payroll on the payout dates. From Dec 1st, 2022 to Nov 30th, 2026

  • Attendance Incentive Program In January of the year following any year in which a minimum of sixty (60) days of leave for illness or injury is accrued, and each January thereafter, any eligible employee may exercise an option to receive remuneration for unused leave for illness or injury accumulated in the previous year at a rate equal to one (1) day of monetary compensation of the employee for each four (4) full days of accrued leave for illness or injury in excess of sixty (60) days. Leave for illness or injury for which compensation has been received shall be deducted from accrued leave for illness or injury at the rate of four (4) days for every one (1) day of monetary compensation; provided, however, no employee shall receive compensation under this section for any portion of leave for illness or injury accumulated at a rate in excess of one (1) day per month. At the time of separation from school district employment due to retirement or death an eligible employee or the employee's estate shall receive remuneration at a rate equal to one (1) day of current monetary compensation of the employee for each four (4) full days accrued leave for illness or injury. The provisions of this section shall be administered in accordance with state law and applicable state rules and regulations. Should the legislature revoke any benefits granted under this section, no affected employee shall be entitled thereafter to receive such benefits as matter of contractual right.

  • Performance Award You are hereby awarded, on the Grant Date, a Performance Award with a target value of [AMOUNT].

  • POST AWARD MEETING Within ten (10) days after receipt of notification of award of bid, Contractor shall meet with the County’s representative(s) to discuss job procedures and scheduling.

  • Attendance Incentive It is the desire of both the Employer and the Union to provide consistent quality bus service for all students. It is also a mutual desire to have qualified permanent District bus drivers available to drive all identified bus routes. Based on this mutual interest, the parties agree to this Attendance Incentive program during the life of the Agreement:

  • Performance Awards With respect to any Performance Award, the length of any Performance Period, the Performance Goals to be achieved during the Performance Period, the other terms and conditions of such Award, and the measure of whether and to what degree such Performance Goals have been attained will be determined by the Board.

  • Attendance Bonus Employees are eligible for an attendance bonus when every shift is satisfactorily worked throughout the monthly schedule period and no changes are requested in the schedule by the employee except for trading shifts as provided for in Article 13.4.4 or utilizing unpaid union leave. To qualify, a minimum of 130 compensated hours must have been worked during the qualifying period. The bonus will be an additional twenty-five ($0.25) per hour on only the hours worked in the qualifying period.

  • Service Award Named Plaintiff may apply to the Court for a service award of up to ten thousand dollars ($10,000). Subject to the Court’s approval, the service award shall be paid from the Settlement Fund ten (10) days after the Effective Date.

  • Performance Share Awards On the Performance Share Vesting Date next following the Executive's date of death, the number of Performance Shares that shall become Vested Performance Shares shall be determined by multiplying (a) that number of shares of Company Common Stock subject to the Performance Share Agreement that would have become Vested Performance Shares had no such termination occurred; provided, however, in no case shall the number of Performance Shares that become Vested Performance Shares exceed 100% of the Target Number of Performance Shares set forth in the Performance Share Agreement, by (b) the ratio of the number of full months of the Executive's employment with the Company during the Performance Period (as defined in the Performance Share Agreement) to the number of full months contained in the Performance Period. Vested Common Shares shall be issued in settlement of such Vested Performance Shares on the Settlement Date next following the Executive’s date of death.

  • Service Awards The County shall continue its present policy with respect to service awards including time off; provided, however, that the type of award given shall be at the sole discretion of the County. The following procedures shall apply with respect to service awards:

  • Performance Share Award If your Award includes a Performance Share Award, and you voluntarily terminate your employment prior to the end of the Performance Period, you will forfeit your entire Performance Share Award.
