Provided that for employees engaged after 1 June 1992 only service with The Health Service shall be recognised. Capital & Coast DHB Clause 28 shall only apply to those employees who have had not less than ten years’ service recognised as at 10 August 1994.

Counties Manukau DHB The provisions below will only apply to employees employed prior to 1 March 1994. The employer may pay a retiring gratuity to staff retiring from South Auckland Health who have not less than 10 years’ service with South Auckland Health as defined in clause 2. Provided that for employees engaged after 1 July 1992, the employer shall recognise service accumulated at the expiry of the Auckland Area Health Board PTR Collective Employment Contract, or the Auckland Area Health Board Clerical, Administrative and Related Employees Collective Employment Contract (both expiring 28 February 1994). Hutt Valley DHB Staff who, as at 30 January 1995, have qualified for a retiring gratuity according to their previous agreement of employment will have their number of days of retiring gratuity entitlement identified. The entitlement will be frozen and paid according to the provisions of the previous agreement of employment. Staff with less than ten (10) years’ service will not be entitled to any gratuity on cessation of service.
Auckland DHB. 1.1 An employee shall be entitled to long service leave of one week upon completion of a five year period of recognised service as defined in Clause 1.1.1 below. In so far as the provision of the above safety shoes are concerned, Orderlies who are not able to fit into the non-steel cap shoe provided by ADHB, shall be entitled to the NZ Safety Runner Shoe. If such an Orderly is also assigned to drive the truck or deliver medical gasses s/he shall not be entitled to an additional pair of steel capped shoes.
Auckland DHB. 3.1 Equivalent time off in lieu of payment for work performed outside normal hours may be granted at the discretion of the Service General Manager concerned.

Auckland DHB. Employees shall be required to provide themselves with suitable footwear. The parties agree that they will hold discussions with appropriate footwear suppliers to ascertain whether some form of purchase agreement may be put into place which might benefit the employees. If, as a Health and Safety requirement as defined by OSH, Orderlies are required to wear safety shoes, these shall be provided by the ADHB on an annual basis. Safety shoes may be replaced more frequently upon evidence of fair wear or damage. See uniform allocation for the detailed provision of footwear for Orderlies.

Overtime shall be paid at the following rates for those working a 40 hour ordinary week (8 hour day): for the first three hours worked on any day, between midnight Sunday Monday and midday Saturday at one and one half times the hourly rate of pay (T1½) and at double the rate of pay thereafter. in respect of overtime worked from midday Saturday to midnight Sunday/Monday, or on a public holiday, or when night rate is payable, at double the hourly rate of pay(T2). in respect of overtime worked from midnight Friday/Saturday to 0600 hours Saturday, at double the hourly rate of pay (T2).

Penggunaan tanah masyarakat adat Xxxx Xxxx untuk keperluan usaha perkebunan PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama bukanlah terjadi dengan sendirinya xxx penguasaan semena-mena, melainkan diawali dengan suatu perjanjian kepada xxxxx masyarakat pemilik tanah tersebut. Perjanjian yang diadakan antara PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama dengan masyarakat adat Xxxx Xxxx adalah perjanjian penggunaan tanah untuk keperluan usaha, yang dituangkan dalam surat perjanjian. Dalam perjanjian yang diadakan, ditentukan xxx xxx kewajiban masing-masing pihak, umumnya hak dari pihak PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama dapat menggunakan tanah milik masyrakat adat untuk kegiatan usaha perkebunannya hingga jangka waktu yang ditentukan dengan kewajiban membayar sejumlah harga dari hasil perkebunan yang dilakukan xxx mengembalikan pengelolaan tanah tersebut kepada xxxxx masyarakat adat pada saat berakhirnya jangka waktu perjanjian.
