Award of Position. The awarding and filling of the vacancies, if they are to be filled, shall occur within fifteen working days of the closing of the bids, using the following formula:
Award of Position. Any ancillary staff may apply for such vacancy. In filling ancillary staff vacancies, the Board shall award the position to the most seniored ancillary staff that is certified and highly qualified.
Award of Position. 1. The vacancy shall be awarded on the basis of the qualifications, previous job experience, and degree of satisfaction with the skills and work performed by the applicant in his/her present or former position.
2. In the event two (2) or more applicants are found by the Board to be reasonably equal in qualifications, seniority with the Board shall be the determining factor in awarding the position.
3. The name of the successful applicant shall be forwarded to the OAPSE President within five (5) working days of the award by the Board.
Award of Position. Any teacher may apply for such vacancy. In filling teaching vacancies, the Board shall award the position to the most seniored teacher who is certified and qualified for the position. Those teachers who have been awarded a posted vacancy at the middle school level (at the 7th & 8th grade level in 1998 and thereafter) will be required to serve a one year probationary period. During this period, those teachers will be evaluated on the basis of a non-disciplinary Individual Development Plan (IDP) constructed between the teacher and principal. If the teacher is not successful in the new position, as determined by the IDP, the teacher will be transferred to the next available position similar to the position previously held before the transfer was affected or to another mutually agreed upon position.
Award of Position. Any teacher may apply for such vacancy. In filling teaching vacancies, the Board shall award the position to the most seniored teacher who is certified and highly qualified.

Award of Position. The Superintendent shall determine when a vacancy exists, whether it shall be filled and when it shall be filled. If the Superintendent determines a vacancy will be filled, he will fill it using the following formula: The vacant position will be awarded to the bargaining unit employee who has the greatest seniority within the same classification. If no one within the classification bids the job, it shall be awarded as follows:
a. Qualified employee who has the greatest seniority within the lines of progression (xxxx/cashier to head cook, aide to secretary, bus driver-custodian- maintenance-mechanic).
b. Qualified employee with the greatest seniority who has substituted or worked in the vacated position.
c. Qualified employee with the greatest seniority who bids and desires to be trained for the vacant position.
Award of Position. The Company shall award the successful applicant the job within five (5) working days after the original posting has been taken down. Furthermore the Company shall place the employee into the new position within two (2) weeks of the awarding of said position.
Award of Position. The assignments indicated above will only be awarded to employees who are MCOLES certified. The award of the position to employees who have applied shall be based upon demonstrated capacity and quality of performance. A systematic consideration of the employee's qualifications, capacity and quality of previous work performance shall be given to the applicants. Length of service shall be the determining factor when other factors are equal. Employees selected shall be on temporary tenure in that position for six (6) months during which time he/she may be disqualified by the Sheriff or himself/herself and return to his/her former classification and/or assignment.
Award of Position. First consideration shall be given to senior and qualified employees who wish to transfer to a vacancy of their current job in a different location.
