Background Verification. The Company will get employee’s background verified either internally or through any external agency engaged by the Company. By accepting the employment offer, employee agrees that he/she has no objection, , to any such background verification and grants the Company the authority and power to do so including to get background verification / checks conducted without any further reference or notice to employee and to share the report/s including of any such background verification / checks with any of Company’s advisors, attorneys or consultants or to produce, submit or file any such report/s before any court, tribunal, commission, enquiry officer, arbitrator/s, quasi-judicial authorities or government, statutory, labour and/or regulatory authorities or in response to any legal order, summon or notice or refer it and/or its details or contents in any show cause notice, charge sheet or legal / demand notice without any reference or notice to employee and/or without further or additional consent from an employee.
Background Verification. You hereby authorize the Company to conduct one or more Background Verifications prior to and during your actual employment. “Background Verification” includes, without limitation, information regarding your employment and other experience, educational background and any criminal, credit or regulatory history. You further authorize, without reservation, any law enforcement agency, administrator, court, governmental body, federal or provincial agency, institution, school or university (public or private), information service bureau, employer or insurance company contacted by the Company or any agent of the Company to furnish the information set forth in the preceding sentence as part of the employment application process. You hereby consent to and understand that the Company will only use the information collected for the purposes of (if and as applicable) establishing or continuing your employment, including without limitation, evaluating your employment application, determining employment eligibility under the Company’s employment policies, assessing property and business risks to the Company, and otherwise as may be permitted or required by law. You authorize and consent to the release of records obtained through such checks to the authorized representatives of the Company or its agents, and to the Company’s affiliates, for the purposes described above. You acknowledge and agree that any information relating to a Background Verification may be shared with any Wexford Party and stored on the respective servers.
Background Verification a) The Company would be conducting a background and reference check on your employment details upon consent. These may include your current / previous employment history, educational/professional credentials and other background checks.
b) Your employment with the Company and your continuation in service is contingent upon (i) the Company obtaining a satisfactory report on the background check conducted by our approved agency relating to employment, experience, details provided in your application etc. and (ii) your eligibility to work for the Company such as no non-compete restrictions.
c) If any of the information provided by you is found to be inaccurate now or later, or if you suppress any material information, the Company at its sole discretion can take necessary action including but not limited to termination of employment with or without notice or compensation. In certain client projects, our clients may request additional checks which you shall comply with.
d) In securing this offer, you have represented that you have certain educational qualifications and professional experience. Hence, we understand that you shall provide proofs of such qualifications and experience which we find satisfactory when asked by us or our background check agencies.
e) You will fully cooperate with the Company, or any other agency nominated by the Company to carry out the background check. In the event of non-cooperation with the background check process, including but not limited to non-submission of requested documents and lack of response to calls and/or mails, the Company may, at its sole discretion, choose to terminate the employment contract between the Company and you with or without notice or compensation.
Background Verification. The Company has requested from an independent reviewer a complete background report with respect to Executive. If the Board, in its sole discretion, is not satisfied with the contents of the background report, the Company may within a reasonable amount of time following receipt of such background report terminate the Employment Term and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, Executive shall not be entitled to (i) any payments hereunder other than the Accrued Obligations and (ii) the Options shall immediately terminate and be of no further force and effect.

Employee hereby consents to and understands that the Company will only use the information collected for the purposes of (if and as applicable) establishing or continuing Employee’s employment, including without limitation, evaluating Employee’s employment application, determining employment eligibility under the Company’s employment policies, assessing property and business risks to the Company, and otherwise as may be permitted or required by law. Employee authorizes and consents to the release of records obtained through such checks to the authorized representatives of the Company or its agents, and to the Company’s affiliates, for the purposes described above. Employee acknowledges and agrees that any information relating to a Background Verification may be shared with the Company and stored on its servers.

Background Verification. The Company reserves the right to conduct background verification prior to or after the commencement of the Training Period to verify, including but not limited to, your documents and background through internal or external agencies. These may include your current/previous employment history, educational / professional credentials, identity, address, criminal records and other background checks. You hereby provide your express consent to the Company for conducting such background checks. Your appointment under this Agreement is subject to validation of any information provided by you to the Company.

Background Verification. COUNTY shall conduct or verify criminal background checks for each Student, if required by applicable local, state or federal laws, regulations, policies, procedures or standards to conduct such checks on student interns as stated in this Agreement. COUNTY will not allow Students who fail to meet COUNTY’s character requirements to participate in the Practical Experience program.

Employee hereby voluntarily agrees to sign a Declaration/ Consent form to undergo background verification which involves checking/ verifying of any factual or historical details provided by employee related to past and present which includes address, contact information, reference details, previous employment details, educational and social credentials.
