Basis of cooperation. 1. The Parties agree to strengthen their strategic relationship and intensify cooperation at the bilateral, regional and global levels, on the basis of shared values and common interests. 2. The Parties confirm their commitment to democratic principles, human rights and fundamental freedoms and the rule of law. Respect for democratic principles and human rights and fundamental freedoms as laid down in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, as given expression in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, and other international human rights instruments which the Parties have ratified or acceded to, and for the principle of the rule of law, underpins the domestic and international policies of the Parties and constitutes an essential element of this Agreement. 3. The parties confirm their strong support for the UN Charter and the shared values expressed therein. 4. The Parties reaffirm their commitment to promoting sustainable development and economic growth, contributing to the attainment of internationally agreed development goals and cooperating to address global environmental challenges, including climate change. 5. The Parties emphasise their shared commitment to the comprehensive nature of their bilateral relationship and to maintaining overall coherence in this regard, on the basis of this Agreement. 6. The implementation of this Agreement shall be based on the principles of dialogue, mutual respect, equal partnership, consensus and respect for international law. Basis of cooperation. (1) Cooperation under this Agreement shall be governed by the domestic laws of the respective Contracting Parties and by international law. (2) As part of their cooperation under this Agreement, both Contracting Parties shall, in particular: 1. Guarantee the human dignity and human rights of those being deported, without any discrimination; 2. Respect the rights and freedoms guaranteed in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights of 16 December 1966; 3. Refrain from subjecting any person to torture or any other cruel, inhumane or degrading treatment. (3) The Contracting Parties hereby agree to put in place procedures aimed at making their cooperation in the sphere of deportation and voluntary return permanent, including regular coordination meetings and an agreement on clear and precise rules.
Basis of cooperation. 1.1. The company The Juice PLUS+® Company Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Juice PLUS+) sells healthy nutritional food products to consumers by way of direct selling. The Juice PLUS+ distribu- tion system consists of Franchise Partners offering the products of Juice PLUS+ by way of direct selling to consumers for purchase. The system is based on the Juice PLUS+ compensation plan. This plan determines the tasks of the Franchise Partners by their re- spective functional position within the distribution organization. Furthermore, the Juice PLUS+ compensation plan determines the performance requirements a Franchise Partner must fulfill in order to reach the functional positions available within the organization and to obtain the rewards for the successful fulfillment of his con- tractual duties. 1.2. The Franchise Partner and Juice PLUS+ will cooperate in the implementation and realisation of the Juice PLUS+ distribution system and the protection of the integrity of the system. Within this scope the Franchise Partner will carry out his activities in per- son as an independent, self employed businessman. This means that only a natural person can become a Franchise Partner (In-Per- son Rule). This person acts only its own name and not by a third person or under the name of a third person. Such person must observe the specific rules of the Juice PLUS+ distribution system, the Juice PLUS+ compensation plan and the guidelines issued by Juice PLUS+ (Juice PLUS+ manual and social media codex). The compensation plan and the guidelines shall form an integral part of this Agreement.

Sport, and football in particular, is an important enabler and tool for positive social change to contribute to their realisation for future generations to come. UEFA is committed to promote the implementation of the SDGs in the European football context and to raise awareness among its Member Associations on how football can play an enabling role. 1.5. The importance of giving practical implementation to the Kazan Action plan which marks the commitment to link sport policy development to the 2030 Agenda of the UN. 1.6. The significance of the international day of sport for development and peace which is celebrated every year and all over the world on 6 April.
