Benefits on Leave. During any approved leave of absence, the Company shall continue to make payments on behalf of the Employee for all applicable group benefit plans for a maximum period of ninety (90) calendar days. The employee will be obligated to reimburse the Company for the premium costs of benefits after the first ninety (90) days. The employee must provide monthly post-dated cheques, for the amount equivalent to the monthly benefit premium owed by the employee, to the Company prior to his/her leave commencing.
