Benefits on Leave. F-9.01 Subject to the rules and regulations of the Plan, employees may be eligible to maintain their Long Term Disability Insurance, Dental, Group Life Insurance and Extended Health Care coverage, while on leave of absence. Employees must pay the full benefit premium for any insurances they choose to maintain while on leave.
