Bureau. 1. The Meeting of the Parties shall elect a Bureau consisting of the Chairperson and Vice- Chairpersons of the Meeting of the Parties, and shall adopt rules of procedure for the Bureau, as proposed by the Agreement secretariat. The Chairperson of the Scientific Committee shall be invited to participate as an observer in the meetings of the Bureau. Whenever necessary, the Agreement secretariat shall provide secretariat services.
Bureau. The Assistant Chief, Bureau of Investigation, or the senior manager designated to temporarily act in his/her behalf, is designated as the Bureau’s Drug Abuse Program Director. The Assistant Chief shall have overall responsibility for all pre-employment and drug testing activities. It shall be the Assistant Chief’s responsibility to direct the course and scope of such employee substance abuse awareness programs as may be in operation. The Assistant Chief is also designated as Bureau manager who shall be the contact point with the Medical Review Officer (MRO) regarding his/her evaluation of any positive test results.
Bureau. “Bureau” means the Bureau of Mediation Services.
Bureau. Employees shall record time spent investigating and processing grievances on their time sheets according to the time reporting policies and procedures of the OMD. An allegation by management of abuse of Xxxxxxx privileges shall cause a expedited meeting to occur between the OMD Labor Relations Manager, Council 75 Representative, and Xxxxxxx. If the allegations are found to be valid, the supervisor of the Xxxxxxx may request that the Xxxxxxx maintain and submit a monthly activity report of work time spent investigating and processing grievances. This report shall be provided for six (6) months. The Employer is not responsible for any compensation of employees or their representative for time spent processing grievances outside their regularly scheduled hours of employment. The Employer is not responsible for any travel or subsistence expenses incurred by a grievant or Union Xxxxxxx for any Union business.

Bureau a) The Bureau will prepare the meeting of the Consultative Committee and represent the Consultative Committee between its meetings.
Bureau. The Bureau Contract Manager ("Bureau Contract Manager") shall be Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, or such other person as designated in writing by the Director of the Portland Office of Transportation. The Bureau Contract Manager is authorized to approve work and xxxxxxxx hereunder, to give notices and to carry out other Bureau actions referred to herein, including termination of this Agreement as provided in Section V. The Bureau Contract Manager is also authorized to approve Work Orders that conform to the description and dollar amounts identified in the Schedule of Work.
