Cancellation Procedure. 22.1 The Client has a period of 14 calendar days from acceptance of this Agreement to withdraw from this Agreement provided that the Client has not been engaged or involved in any transaction with the Company. This right of withdrawal or cancellation shall not apply following any transaction executed under this Agreement which will thereafter remain binding upon you and the procedure indicated in clause 21 above applies.

Cancellation Procedure. 1. YOU may cancel this CONTRACT at anytime. All cancellation requests made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date of the CONTRACT will be eligible for a full refund. 2. All cancellation requests made after thirty (30) days of the purchase date of the CONTRACT: a. Shall be subject to a one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) cancellation fee b. Will be pro-rated by the time or mileage from the purchase date of this CONTRACT, whichever refund is less, less claims. If prorated by time, the time proration will be based on months used from the purchase date of the CONTRACT. One day into the month constitutes one month usage. 3. The ADMINISTRATOR may cancel this CONTRACT at anytime if YOU do not pay the CONTRACT PRICE listed on the declarations page or if YOU make a material misrepresentation in obtaining the CONTRACT or in the submission of a claim. 4. If a lending institution has financed this vehicle and/or agreement, and the agreement is canceled, any refund will be made payable to the lending institution. All other refund checks are made payable to the selling vendor. 5. INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PROVISION :In the event that YOUR CONTRACT is being paid for via a Retail Installment Contract (or its equivalent) which is terminated for nonpayment, the expiration date and mileage of this contract will be modified to reflect the portion of the CONTRACT that YOU have paid for. The amended expiration date and mileage of this contract will be calculated on a pro-rata basis by adding the amount of time and mileage of this contract. 6. To request cancellation, please send a request for cancellation to OUR address within 10 days of the requested cancellation date. The request shall include YOUR contract number, name, address, reason for cancellation, and certified odometer statement.

Upon cancellation or reassignment as defined above, the Associate Xxxx will notify the Senior Adjunct, Human Resources and the Union of the cancellation and that the Senior Adjunct has the right to bump as set forth in 5.b below. The Senior Adjunct must then: i. Consult the AFO website for the current seniority list and identify probationary adjuncts in the appropriate discipline, ii. Consult WebAdvisor and review the courses they are qualified to teach which are currently assigned to a probationary adjunct, and iii. Customer understands and agrees that, if an order cannot be cancelled or modified, Customer is bound by any execution of the original order. 10tradefx is not liable to Customer if 10tradefx is unable to cancel or modify an order. Customer further acknowledges that attempts to modify or cancel and replace an order can result in an over-execution of the order, or the execution of duplicate orders, that 10tradefx’s systems do not prevent over-execution on duplicate orders from occurring, and that Customer shall be responsible for all such executions. Customer agrees not to assume that any order has been executed or cancelled until Customer has received confirmation from 10tradefx with regard to order execution. Customer is responsible for knowing the status of Customer‘s pending orders before entering additional orders. Customer agrees to contact 10tradefx in the event Customer is unclear on the status of an order. Customer agrees to regularly review Customer’s online Account Statement to confirm the status of Customer’s orders.

Cancellation Procedure. 15.1 In the event that monies remain outstanding 15 days beyond their due date for payment, a recorded delivery letter may be sent to the address of the client(s) of the intermediary, advising them that cancellation of their policy(s), or cover(s). In such circumstances, Focus shall not be responsible for any losses after the date of cancellation.
