Change of address and notices. (a) We may send all CRC communication to you by leaving it at, or by sending it by ordinary post to, your last known address (whether within or outside Singapore and whether such address is a Post Office Box or is a place of residence or business) or by facsimile transmission to your facsimile number as may be provided to us or to our solicitors. Notwithstanding the above, we may also contact you via telephone, electronic mail, SMS provided by telecommunications providers, or such other means, to provide you with account related information (including informing you about your account payment status). You shall inform us upon receipt of communication that is garbled, incomplete or inaccurate or which is not intended for you and you agree to delete all such information from your equipment immediately.
(b) All communication is deemed to have been received by you on the date of delivery if it is delivered by hand; or on the date immediately after the date of posting if it is sent by post (notwithstanding that it may be returned to us undelivered at the time of transmission if sent by facsimile transmission, electronic mail and/or SMS,
(c) You must notify us promptly if:-
(i) you intend to reside outside Singapore; and/or
(ii) there is any change or proposed change in the particulars which you have given to us (including but not limited to your name, identification numbers, mailing, home, electronic mail or office address, your home, office, facsimile or telephone number, mobile phone number and your employment), and you must immediately provide us with any or other information and documents as we may require from time to time in our reasonable discretion.
(d) Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, all communication, requests and instructions from you may be personally delivered to us in writing; or sent by registered post, electronic mail or SMS to us in accordance with our prescribed verification procedure prevailing at the time and shall take effect only one Business Day after actual receipt by our relevant offi cer-in-charge of the subject matter. We shall charge a handling fee, such fee to be determined by us in our reasonable discretion, for each such CRC communication.
(e) We may in good faith, and without any liability to you, regard any CRC communication given by you which are referable to you in accordance with our prescribed verification procedure prevailing at that time as authentic and duly authorised and shall be under no obligation to inves...
Change of address and notices. 14.1 The Tenant must promptly notify the Council in writing of any change of address
14.2 Notices to be served on the Tenant may be served personally on the Tenant, sent to the Tenant’s last known address or left at the Plot and will be treated as properly served even if not received by the Tenant
14.3 Notices to be served on the Council should be sent to the Head of Street Scene and Community, The Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx X00 0XX or such other address as the Council notifies in writing to the Tenant

12.2 Notices to be served by MAMC on the tenant may be:
a) Sent to the tenant’s address in the Tenancy Agreement (or as notified to MAMC under these rules) by post, registered letter, recorded delivery or hand delivered; or
b) Served on the tenant personally; or
c) Placed on the plot.
12.3 Notices served under paragraph 12.2 will be treated as properly served even if not received.

Change of address and notices. 15.1 Tenants MUST immediately inform the Council in writing of any changes of name or address.
15.2 Notices to be served by the Council on the Tenant may be:-
a) Left on the Allotment Garden.
b) Sent to the Tenants address in the Tenancy Agreement (or notified to the Council under section 15.1) by first or second class post, registered letter, recorded delivery, or by hand.
15.3 Notices served under sub-paragraph 2 above will be treated as properly served even if not received.
15.4 Notices to be given to the Council should be sent to the The Clerk Wotton-under-Edge Town Council, The Council Offices, Civic Centre, 0 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx-xxxxx-Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx XX00 0XX.
Change of address and notices. 16.1 Tenants must immediately inform the council, in writing, of changes of address or status.
16.2 If a tenant moves to an address outside of the boundary of the Icklesham Parish Council they will have their tenancy terminated in accordance with the Allotment legislation unless the Council has resolved that the tenancy may continue as there are no residents in the Parish on the waiting list.
16.3 Notices to be served by the council on the tenant may be:
a) Sent to the tenant’s address in the Tenancy Agreement (or as notified to the Parish Council, under these rules) by post, registered letter, recorded delivery or hand delivered; or
b) Served on the tenant personally; or
c) Placed on the plot.
16.4 Notices served under paragraph 17.3 will be treated as properly served even if not received.

Change of address and notices. In the event Occupant shall change occupant’s address or alternate name and address as set forth on the Rental Agreement, Occupant shall give Owner written notice signed by Occupant of any such change within ten (10) days of the change, specifying Occupant’s current address and alternate name, address and telephone numbers. Changes of addresses telephone numbers cannot be effected through the listing of such information on return envelopes or checks. Except as otherwise expressly provided in the Rental Agreement or by law, and written notices or demands required or permitted to be given under the terms of this Rental Agreement may be personally served or may be served by first class mail deposited in the United States mail with postage thereon fully prepaid and addressed to the party at the address provided for in this Rental Agreement. Service of any such notice or demand shall be deemed complete on the date of deposit with postage thereon in the United States mail or upon delivery, if personally delivered.

Personal information held by the Parish Council relating to your allotment tenancy will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Xxx 0000. 21.2 If a Tenant moves to an address outside of the boundary of the Littlehampton Town Council, they will have their tenancy terminated, giving them 3 months’ notice to enable the allotment to be cleared.
21.3 Notices to be served by the Council on the Tenant may be:
a) Sent to the Tenant’s address by post, registered letter, recorded delivery or hand delivered; or
b) Served on the Tenant personally; or
c) Placed on the allotment.
21.4 Notices served under paragraph 17.3 will be treated as properly served even if not received.
21.5 Written information for the Council should be sent to Littlehampton Town Council, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx XX00 0XX or by email xxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx-xx.xxx.xx.
21.6 The information you provide (personal information such as name, address, email address, phone number) will be processed and stored so that it is possible to correspond with you, provide information and send invoices and receipts relating to your allotment tenancy. Your personal information will not be shared with or provided to any other third party. Littlehampton Town Council will keep your information throughout your tenancy. Once your tenancy ends your information will be destroyed after 12 months. You are required to sign and return an Allotments Tenants Privacy Notice. 11.3 Notices served under sub-paragraph (a) above will be treated as properly served even if not received as a notice sent by post is presumed (subject to the contrary being proved) to have been received when the letter would ordinarily be delivered in ordinary course of post; Interpretation Xxx 0000 Section 7.
