City Records. When this Agreement expires or terminates, CONTRACTOR shall return to City any City records which CONTRACTOR used or received from City to perform services under this Agreement.

City Records. The Parties acknowledge and agree that all records generated by the SRO in connection with the performance of services under this Agreement may constitute law enforcement records. In accordance with law, all records generated and maintained solely by the SRO and the City shall not constitute student records. If the SRO utilizes a body camera, it shall be used in accordance with the Law Enforcement Officer-Worn Body Camera Act (50 ILCS 701/10-1 et seq.) And other applicable federal and Illinois law. Prior to the SRO’s use of a body camera in the District, the City shall provide to the District a copy of the Police Department’s written policy regarding the use of body cameras adopted in accordance with the foregoing Act, including, but not limited to, the Department’s policy for when the cameras will be turned on while the officer is on duty in the schools and the expectations of privacy of the District’s students, invitees, and employees, and the District and City shall determine appropriate procedures for flagging recordings related to incidents in the schools for retention by the City and for access by the District as otherwise allowed by law. Prior to use of body cameras in the District, the City will provide written information and training to appropriate school employees concerning the objectives and procedures for the use of body cameras in the District. If the SRO is equipped with a body camera, he/she shall be trained in the operation of the equipment prior to its use.
City Records. The Parties acknowledge and agree that all records generated by the SRO in connection with the performance of services under this Agreement shall be the property of the City and may constitute law enforcement records. In accordance with law, all records generated and maintained solely by the SRO and the City shall not constitute student records.
City Records. CITY shall maintain records as to services provided, reimbursable expenses incurred in performing the Work Tasks, and complete accounting records. Accounting records shall be kept on a generally recognized accounting basis and as requested by the PACOG's auditor and acceptable to COOT and FHWA. CITY agrees to comply with all applicable uniform administrative requirements described or referenced in applicable state or federal regulations, including those set forth in the MOA as a part of this Agreement. PACOG, COOT, the Comptroller General of the United States, the Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Transportation, and any of their authorized representatives, shall have the right to inspect and copy, during reasonable business hours, all books, documents, papers, electronic media, and records of CITY which relate to this Agreement for the purpose of making an audit or examination. Upon completion of the work and end of the term of this Agreement, the PACOG may require that a copy of all of CITY's financial records relating to this Agreement to be turned over to PACOG.
City Records. City shall provide copies of its audited financial statements relating to the Project Site to Developer as soon as practicable following its public filing or release. The IFP for each IFD shall provide that, if prepared, the IFD shall provide copies of any annual Statement of Indebtedness relating to the Project Site to Developer as soon as practicable following its public filing or release.
City Records. It is the responsibility of all laid-off employees to furnish the Personnel office with a current mailing address and telephone number. Any laid off employee not doing so shall be terminated.
City Records. SE will maintain records that SE initiates and/or receives on behalf of the City in compliance with the City’s Records Management Policy and adopted Records Retention Schedules, copies of which shall be provided to SE. The City will reimburse SE for the actual costs, without markup, incurred by SE in archiving these records. If this Contract is terminated, SE will deliver to the City or the City’s designated agent, without cost to the City, all of said records within 30 days following the termination date, but will deliver all records related to billing and other items necessary for the operation of the City’s Facilities at the termination date. SE may make copies, at SE’s expense, of those records.

City Records. The City shall keep or cause to be kept true, accurate and complete records and double-entry books in a manner and form satisfactory to the Chargers with regard to Parking Facilities, signage and Concession operations at the Chargers' Home Games. The City shall keep such records for a period of three (3) years after the year to which they relate. The Chargers shall have, through its duly authorized agent or representative, the right at any and all reasonable times to examine and audit the City's records and any statements of money accrued and due the Chargers for the purpose of determining the accuracy thereof.
City Records. City shall maintain completed attendance and progress records and reports on each Student’s performance and, at the conclusion of a Student’s participation in the Field Training, shall provide an evaluation of each Student’s performance to Educator on forms provided by Educator.
