Compensation for Work on Paid Holidays Not Regularly Scheduled. For hours worked on a holiday when the employee was not regularly scheduled to work, he/she shall be paid in addition to the normal day's pay at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2) his/her regular hourly rate.

Compensation for Work on Paid Holidays Not Regularly Scheduled. A full-time employee who works on a paid holiday as defined in Article 20.01, when the employee was not scheduled to work, shall be paid at the rate of double time (2X) for the work performed, and will receive another day off without loss of pay at a time designated by the employee. A part-time employee who works on a paid holiday as defined in Article 20.01, when the employee was not scheduled to work, shall be paid at the rate of double time (2X) for the work performed plus regular statutory holiday pay entitlement.
