Once Verizon confirms that the DDR on the Core Network for a specific Customer E-Line EVC connection does not comply with this Service Level Standard, Verizon will have thirty (30) calendar days from the opening of the Trouble Ticket to address the Service Issue and close the applicable Trouble Ticket before Customer may be eligible for SLA credits. If, after thirty (30) calendar days of opening the Trouble Ticket, the DDR Service Level Standard issue is not corrected, but has been agreed to as a Service Issue, Customer may qualify for credits.

  • Governance Structure The Academy shall be organized and administered as a Michigan nonprofit corporation under the direction of the Academy Board and pursuant to the governance structure as set forth in the Bylaws.   • Organizational Structure The ISO will be governed by a ten (10) person unaffiliated Board of Directors, as per Article 5 herein. The day-to-day operation of the ISO will be managed by a President, who will serve as an ex-officio member of the ISO Board, in accordance with Article 5 herein. There shall be a Management Committee as per Article 7 herein, which shall report to the ISO Board, and shall be comprised of all Parties to the Agreement. There shall be at least two additional standing committees, the Operating Committee, as provided for in Article 8, and the Business Issues Committee, as provided for in Article 9, both of which shall report to the Management Committee. A Dispute Resolution Process will be established and administered by the ISO Board in accordance with Article 10.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation a. The AGENCY shall expeditiously provide to the COUNTY upon request, all data needed for the purpose of monitoring, evaluating and/or auditing the program(s). This data shall include, but not be limited to, clients served, services provided, outcomes achieved, information on materials and services delivered, and any other data required, in the sole discretion of the COUNTY, that may be required to adequately monitor and evaluate the services provided under this Contract. Monitoring shall be performed in accordance with COUNTY’S established Noncompliance Standards, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Attachment “C”.
