Examples of after-market C-type devices include use by auto fleets to optimize driving routes and maintenance schedules and by usage-based auto insurance programs to help motorists achieve lower premiums. Key purposes of built-in, C-type devices are roadside assistance, stolen vehicle assistance, turn-by- turn navigation, hands-free calling, etc. Regardless of their primary purpose, these continuously connected devices can also capture OBD data and so they can be used for DEQ too.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, GreenWay represents and warrants that its Services will be performed by qualified and trained personnel and in a professional and good and workmanlike manner. Accordingly, notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth GREENWAY CONSULTING, LLC CONFIDENTIAL in this Agreement, GreenWay hereby agrees that in no event shall it or any third party (whether a representative, consultant, advisor or otherwise) acting on its behalf engage in any conduct which constitutes the effecting of a transaction in the securities of Oregon Trail Ethanol Coalition, including, but not limited to, any of the following conduct:

The employee is entitled to the following terms and conditions: at least ten (10) days paid sick; at least ten (10) days paid annual leave; at least 4 weeks maternity leave full pay and 2 weeks maternity leave without pay OR at least 6 weeks maternity leave 2/3 pay; at least five (5) days paid paternity leave. Where the Employee has taken sick leave because of an illness which has lasted at least three (3) days on sick leave, the Employee shall provide a medical certificate relating to the reason for the absence. Annual Leave shall only be taken in block(s) Other Employment The Employee is prohibited from taking up any other paid employment in addition to the position that he/she had lodged his/her Foreign Employee Employment Permit. Where it becomes known that the Employee is and/or has been engaging in other employment is grounds for termination of this Employment Agreement and the revocation of his/her Employment Permit.
