The Union will provide a copy of the booklet to every member of the bargaining unit, through its representatives or stewards, or the mail, as appropriate. The parties will work together to ensure that the booklets are available for distribution within sixty (60) days after ratification. WSF AGREES: • That, if the Employer determines it is necessary to change a Staff Chief Engineer’s (SCE) work schedule during a yard period in a commercial shipyard or the Eagle Harbor Maintenance Facility from twelve (12) hour shifts (seven [7] on/seven [7] off) to eight (8) hour shifts (five [5] days), the Employer will provide not less than fourteen (14) calendar days’ written notice to the Staff Chief Engineer prior to the SCE’s work schedule being changed. • In emergency situations, the Employer shall give such notice as the circumstances allow. • When the Employer properly provides notice under this Agreement of a schedule change for a yard period commencing on a designated date, and that date is delayed, the notice remains effective for any rescheduled commencement date within thirty (30) days of the first commencement date. The Employer will post the agreement electronically on the Labor Relations website by the effective date of the agreement (July 1, 2023) or within sixty (60) days of legislative approval, whichever is later.
CONTRACT PUBLICATION. In accordance with the law 340/2015 Coll. on Registry of Contracts, this Agreement and/or any amendment shall be published on the Ministerial Contract Registry within thirty (30) days from last signature. The Parties agree that Study Site shall publish this Agreement, its Exhibits and any future amendments, and shall limit its disclosure to the information required by law. Prior to publication, the Study Site shall remove all information related to Confidential Information, Personal Information, and business and trade secrets, as defined by the Civil Code from the Agreement to be published (Excluded Information), including, without limitation, the Protocol, the investigator brochure and the budget exhibit detailing the costs per procedures. During any month, once the Employer has contributed the maximum monthly amount on behalf of an individual Temporary Relief Engineer and such employee continues to be on the Employer’s payroll during the month, the Employer will deduct from the employee’s pay, before taxes, $54.00 (or portion thereof) per day medical contribution to be paid to the MEBA Medical and Benefits Plan. The Employer will notify the Temporary Relief Engineer that the $54.00 (or portion thereof) per day deduction must be made in accordance with this Agreement.
