Contractor’s Offer i. Part 1, Requirements, of the RFO, will be filled out by the JBE. It will identify the specific Classification(s) and Region(s) being requested for the particular IT Project, estimated term of Work and estimated number of hours. ii. Part 2, Proposed Candidate Qualification, of the RFO will be filled out by Contractor. Contractor will thoroughly and completely describe an IT consultant candidate’s expertise, technical competence, past work performance, and ability to meet the requirements of the RFO. iii. Part 3, Proposed Costs, of the RFO will be filled out by the Contractor. It will include hourly rates by Classification and Region listed or lower hourly rates than what are listed in the Agreement.

Contractor’s Offer. 3.1 In submitting an offer the Contractor shall respond precisely to the inquiry and shall expressly draw attention to any deviation from it. 3.2 In its offer the Contractor shall quote packing costs, customs clearance charges and customs duties separately. 3.3 Where the Contractor has reservations about the type of design ordered, it shall promptly so notify the Company in writing. 3.4 The Contractor shall submit its offers and cost estimates free of charge.
Contractor’s Offer. The JCC will complete Part 1 of the WORF which will identify the following for each specific staff augmentation job/position being requested: A unique identifying WORF number for the staff augmentation position being requested; The position Classification for the position being requested; The project for which the position will be providing the Work; Any budgetary limitation for the subsequent Work Order, which may include the Initial Term annual dollar range that will be considered, where the annual dollar range is inclusive of personnel, materials, overhead, subcontractor markup, profit, and Travel Expenses; The designated Home Base for the requested position; Whether travel away from Home Base will be required in performing the Work, including (i) the estimated percentage of time that the position will be required to travel, and (ii) an estimated dollar amount that would be available for reimbursement of Travel Expenses for the WO Initial Term; Whether After-Hours Maintenance and Support may be required of the position in the subsequent Work Order, and the amount of any estimated funds that would be identified for this purpose; The duration of the assignment, including defining the WO Initial Term and subsequent WO Option Terms, if any; The maximum number of Candidates that Contractor may propose for the specific requirement; The due date and time for any clarification questions regarding the WORF, and the date the JCC will respond to any such questions; The due date and time for submission of offer; The contact name and address for submission of offer; The interview window timeframe for the top-rated proposed candidates; A listing of the minimum job-specific skills and qualifications required of each Candidate; A listing of additional skills and qualifications desired of each Candidate; The evaluation criteria that will be used to evaluate the submitted offer; Complete list of Tasks and responsibilities to be performed for the subsequent Work Order; Complete list of Deliverables to be provided for the subsequent Work Order, including Option Terms, if any; and, Additional requirements not covered in any other section, if any. Contractor shall not, however, begin performance unless the acceptance of Contractor’s Offer is delivered by GRTC. Once accepted, Additional Services shall be deemed Services hereunder.

  • ARTISTES AND SPORTSMEN 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 14 and 15, income derived by a resident of a Contracting State as an entertainer, such as a theatre, motion picture, radio or television artiste, or a musician, or as a sportsman, from his personal activities as such exercised in the other Contracting State, may be taxed in that other State. 2. Where income in respect of personal activities exercised by an entertainer or a sportsman in his capacity as such accrues not to the entertainer or sportsman himself but to another person, that income may, notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 7, 14 and 15, be taxed in the Contracting State in which the activities of the entertainer or sportsman are exercised.
