Course Scheduling. Upon scheduling courses, Licensees shall input the relevant information: date, location, contact person, phone number, registration directions, and instructor name, to the Chapter Portal of the RLI website. A $250 non-refundable scheduling deposit must be remitted to RLI before course can be approved. Licensees shall make strong efforts to schedule courses for 2018 by October 2017 to be promoted in the winter issue of Terra Firma magazine, on national’s website, and included in national’s promotional course emails.

Academic deans or campus associate deans, in coordination with campus provosts, department chairs, and program directors, are responsible for the assignment of all course sections. In so doing, scheduling preferences from faculty shall be solicited and considered. To ensure availability of courses for students, the College will honor faculty requests when possible.

Alternative grade calculation, weighting systems, or information regarding student education options which discriminates against Dual Enrollment courses is prohibited.” So as to implement the above statute, SJCSD and SJR State will work collaboratively to ensure students eligible for Dual Enrollment shall be permitted to enroll in Dual Enrollment courses offered on the high school site, on SJR State’s campuses, and/or offered through distance learning as appropriate. Students eligible for Dual Enrollment shall be permitted to enroll in Dual Enrollment courses conducted during school hours, after school hours, and during the summer terms.

Course Scheduling. You will work with us to prepare the course schedule for the MATC Program on a quarterly basis (the “Quarterly Schedule”). The final Quarterly Schedule will be approved by us in writing and we may publish it online at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. You agree to designate one primary point of contact for course scheduling purposes.
Course Scheduling. SHERIFF shall report training programs to the DISTRICT in a timely manner so the DISTRICT can meet required filing deadlines. SHERIFF and DISTRICT agree to consult and cooperate regarding any changes in curriculum, hours, units of credit, or other course changes, but the decision of DISTRICT as to all academic matters, and compliance with educational requirements imposed by law shall be final.
Course Scheduling. A. At least 120 days prior to the first day of classes in each term, deans and/or associate deans shall solicit scheduling preferences from faculty. Each faculty member shall be permitted to indicate whether they prefer or do not prefer – or have no preference regarding –assignment to a course during each class period on each day. In assigning the full teaching load, every effort will be made to assign each faculty member to as many days and class periods in accordance with their preference and as few days and class periods against their preference as possible. Full-time faculty on continuing or annual contract will have first preference for course assignments. Temporary full-time faculty will have second preference. Adjunct faculty, including staff or administration teaching as adjunct faculty, will have third preference.
