Covenants of User. User agrees (a) to observe and abide by all applicable statutes, laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those of the FCC, and (b) to operate its radios and any related equipment so as not to cause undue interference with any other users using STARCOM21. Motorola reserves the right to temporarily suspend service to specific radio users subsequent to notification of the user due to harmful interference or disruptive radio use created by such individual user. Any such action shall not give rise to any claim on the part of User against Motorola or STARCOM21 Users. User recognizes that applicable FCC rules and other statutes, laws, ordinances, rules and regulations may change from time to time and that, accordingly, Motorola may propose modifications to this User Agreement to comply with any such changes in FCC requirements, and User shall not unreasonably withhold approval of such changes.
Covenants of User. 8.01 User shall utilize and employ all reasonable control procedures available under the IFSC System of which User is advised and User shall promptly advise IFSC of any error or mistakes in the data or information transmitted to IFSC's Facilities, the records maintained or output generated hereunder and, using normal audit and control procedures. User shall verify all output received hereunder.

Make no alterations, additions, or capital improvements in or to the premises including tents requiring excavation, stakes, etc… Indemnify and save the City, its officers, agents, and employees harmless from any and all loss, damage, and liability occasioned by, growing out of, or in any way arising or resulting from any tortious or negligent act on the part of User or User’s agents or employees, and for such purpose User shall procure and maintain in full force and effect, during the term of this agreement, insurance issued by a reliable company or companies with for personal injury and property damage, in an amount not less than $1.0 million per occurrence and $2.0 million per event, naming City as a co-insured with User; and User shall provide an officially executed copy of such polity to City. Said insurance shall be in a form suitable to City. An approved Traffic Control Plan shall be adhered to at all times by the Permitee, and all signs, barricades, and other traffic control devices shall be maintained in places prior to initiation of any work and until the work is completed. At least 24 hours prior to closing the street, the Permittee shall notify all entities identified in Exhibit A and shall promptly notify them once the street has been re-opened. For closures of collector or arterial streets, the Permittee shall in addition to item 8 above, send a press release to the Bozeman Daily Chronicle and the Belgrade News newspapers and local radio stations detailing the intended street closure at least two days in advance of any work.
