Customer Security Responsibilities. You are solely responsible for controlling the safekeeping of your Online Banking Username and Password, and other means of access to the Services including your Account numbers, Online Banking, and Mobile Banking. You agree not to give out or make available your Online Banking Username or Password, or other security or access tools as applicable and as necessary to access your Account to any unauthorized individuals. The determination of authorized individuals is dependent upon the type of account and the online system being used as described below. Regardless of the type of account and the online system being used, you are responsible for all Payment transactions, including Zelle transactions, authorized by you or by anyone to whom you provide access to your Online Services and Accounts. You are liable for all transactions, including Online Bill Payment transactions and Zelle transactions, you make or that you authorize another person to make even if that person exceeds his or her authority.

Customer Security Responsibilities. You agree that, without prejudice to our obligations under Sections 4.1 or 4.2: (i) you are solely responsible for your use of the Service, including making appropriate use of the Service to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk in relation to Customer Data (including Personal Data), securing any account authentication credentials, systems, and devices you use to use the Service, and backing up your Customer Data. You understand and agree that we have no obligation to protect Customer Data that you elect to store or transfer outside of our or our Sub-processors’ systems. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether the Service and our commitments under this Section 4 meet your needs, including with respect to your compliance with any of your security obligations under Applicable Data Protection Law.
Customer Security Responsibilities. Customer shall notify Company immediately if there is a security breach or unauthorized use of the Service. If Company determines, in its sole discretion, that any unauthorized use of the Service has occurred, Company shall have the right to immediately suspend or terminate Customer’s use of the Service.

Customer Security Responsibilities. Notwithstanding the above, Customer agrees that except as provided by this DPA, Customer shall implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational Security Measures designed to protect Personal Data from Security Incidents and to preserve the security and confidentiality of Customer Data while in its dominion and control. Customer is responsible for (i) protecting the security of all Customer credentials used to access the Cloud Service; (ii) securing the Customer Cloud Environment and any Customer System (with such steps to include without limitation the regular rotation of access keys and other industry standard steps to preclude unauthorized access); and (iii) implementing and maintaining the appropriate configurations of the Cloud Service to enable the backup services and disaster recovery features of the Cloud Service required for purposes of recovering Customer Content.
Customer Security Responsibilities. Customer shall be responsible for the implementation of reasonable security measures and procedures with respect to use of and access to the Service and/or Equipment. Charter may suspend the Services upon learning of a breach of security and will attempt to contact Customer in advance, if practicable.

Customer shall maintain adequate physical controls and password protections for any of Customer’s servers or systems processing Customer Data. Customer understands and agrees that, except as permitted under this Agreement, Customer and Authorized Users may not use or disclose login credentials made available as part of the Services.
