The contractor must select the monthly origination file reviews within 30 days of month end and the files must be reviewed within 30 days of file receipt from the lender. 4. Submit the monthly origination audit findings within 30 days of the file review to the Director of Homeownership or their designee. All origination reviews are required to be completed within 90 days of loan closing.
