DOES NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS = A check in this box affects overall performance and requires a teacher improvement plan. It indicates that prompt action is needed by the teacher to correct the deficiencies as prescribed in the improvement plan. N/O = No opportunity to observe N/A = Not applicable for this teacher

DEFINITION OF RATINGS. Satisfactory: • Needs Improvement: Level of performance is less than expected of a qualified employee. Improvement is necessary. o This rating will be discussed with the employee and specific suggestions should be mutually agreed upon. • Unsatisfactory: Level of performance does not meet standards for the position. A written improvement plan with specific suggestions will be mutually agreed upon.
