A delivery note in duplicate (stating the UoA Purchase Order Number, each Product item purchased and the quantity delivered) will be furnished with each supply. If the quantities appear to be correct on preliminary inspection by UoA, the Supplier will ensure that UoA legibly signs both copies of the delivery note and the person who signs the delivery note legibly writes his or her name and position on such delivery note. The letter shall: o Verify that the system is ready for operations; o Document any significant challenges encountered during commissioning; o Identify any changes made to successfully complete commissioning; o Describe the reason for the changes; and o Include all process and performance data required in the commissioning data collection plan. • Prepare and provide CPR Report #2 and participate in a CPR meeting in accordance with subtask 1.3 (CPR Meetings). Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.
