Delivery/Pick up. Where Goods are required to be delivered into a Customer’s vessel: a. Where such option is available at the Delivery Port, deliveries hereunder shall be made in accordance with instructions given by the Customer or its accredited representative or the Master of the vessel if agreed before commencement of delivery by Viva Energy. b. Delivery will be made during Viva Energy’s normal working hours unless required at other times and permitted by port regulations, in which event the Customer must (if required by Viva Energy) reimburse Viva Energy for all additional expenses incurred by Viva Energy. c. The vessel will be bunkered as promptly as circumstances permit, but Viva Energy shall not be liable for any loss, expense, damage, delay or demurrage whatsoever which may be suffered by the Customer as a result of any delay arising from congestion affecting Viva Energy’s facilities, howsoever caused. d. Viva Energy shall not be required to deliver into any of the vessel’s tanks Goods for the export of which a Government permit is required and has not been obtained by the Customer or the Customer’s accredited representative. e. For delivery into vessels, unless otherwise agreed the Customer shall not be entitled to receive Goods other than into tanks usually used as the fuel/lubricant bunkers of the vessel to which the delivery is to be made. f. The Customer acknowledges that it is the sole responsibility of the Customer or the Customer’s nominated representative to notify Viva Energy of any estimated time of arrival deviations associated with the delivery of the Goods. Any changes to the supply of Goods resulting from a deviation, which was not notified, will incur extra cost to the Customer, and the Customer shall indemnify Viva Energy for and against all costs incurred by Viva Energy as a result of the failure to notify Viva Energy of the deviation in the estimated time of arrival. g. For bulk Goods delivered by barge, the minimum receiving rates must be in accordance with Clause

Delivery/Pick up. PJ’s Party Rental will strive to accommodate Customer delivery request; however, delays and changes in the schedule are sometimes unavoidable. We try to communicate any scheduling changes as they occur. Our regular Delivery hours are Mon-Fri 8AM-6PM and Sat. 8AM-12Noon. Other delivery times can be arranged for additional charges. All items will be delivered and picked up at a scheduled location. The Customer must be available to count all items upon delivery; otherwise, PJ’s Party Rental counts will be considered accurate. Deliveries are made to a ground floor location (dock, garage or door) easily accessible to our truck/equipment and within 50 Ft from the curb. A $50 charge will be added to all orders over 50 Ft. A $75 charge will be added if delivery personnel cannot use delivery equipment because of narrow passage. A $50 charge will be added for elevators. We do not deliver to locations with stairs. Driver is not allowed to bring items inside a residence or move non-rental items. It is the responsibility of the Customer to be sure the site is ready, (lawns mowed, furniture moved, vehicles moved, etc.) before a scheduled delivery. If the site is not ready or accessible when the driver arrives, the Customer will incur additional fees and/or the equipment may not be delivered. For return pickup, all rental items MUST be stacked in the same place and manner in which they were delivered. Customer is responsible for secure storage. A take-down fee will be assessed for items which are not ready for pick-up as described above. If the driver cannot locate items or get access to the items for pick-up you will be charged a second pick-up fee for the return trip. Delivery charges are based on your Zip Code and are per truckload.
Delivery/Pick up. If Occupant selects delivery service, Company will deliver empty Cube(s) to, and pick up loaded Cube(s) from, the address designated by Occupant, provided such address is within the Company’s service area, and Occupant will pay the applicable delivery charges as agreed upon by Occupant and the Company at the time of booking. Company will deliver and pick up the Cube(s) on the dates which are agreed upon by Xxxxxxxx and the Company. Company will not be liable for any reason if (i) Occupant authorizes another person to access the Cube(s); (ii) Occupant authorizes Company to deliver the Cube(s) without Occupant’s presence; or (iii) road, access, weather, or other conditions hinder or prohibit Company form timely delivering the Cube(s) despite Company’s reasonable efforts. There shall be a $99 charge for any unsuccessful delivery or pick up when Company is unable to complete such delivery or pick up because of errors or inadequacies in Occupant’s instructions or because conditions within Occupant’s control prohibit Company’s performance. Company reserves the right to refuse to pick up any Cube that it believes: (a) exceeds the maximum weight limit of 2,000 pounds; (b) contains Prohibited Goods, as defined below; (c) has been moved since delivery; or (d) has had obstacles placed around it that would prohibit the safe movement of a Cube.
Delivery/Pick up. Delivery is made to closest point a delivery truck can park. Extra charges will result in deliveries to up/downstairs, elevator use or any point where extra time is involved.
Delivery/Pick up. At the time of delivery, we will provide you with an orientation to show you the safe and proper use of the Tent, Trailer or Motor Home and its features. The Tents, Trailers and Motor Homes will include instruction booklets which will explain the operation of features. The orientation process can take up to one (1) hour - please allow yourself enough time. There are no refunds for early departures. The Tent, Trailer or Motor Home must be returned without damage and the inside must be clean prior to check out (trash removed, floors swept and countertops wiped, along with all holding tanks being dumped. Failure to return without damage and/or in an unclean state will result in additional charges that may be deducted from the Security Deposit and, if necessary, additional charges may be made to your credit card.
Delivery/Pick up. 11.1 The Customer may: (a) collect from and return to the Owners Premises the Equipment or (b) request the Owner to collect from and deliver to the Customers premises the Equipment 11.2 If the Customer wishes the Owner to collect the Equipment, the Customer must notify the Owner of off-hire and provide access for collection of the Equipment 11.3 The Owner: (a) may decline a request by the Customer to either deliver or collect the Equipment, in which case the Customer must collect from, and return to the Owners Premises, the Equipment (b) agrees to use its reasonable endeavours to collect the Equipment at the time and date specified by the Customer 11.4 Delivery times and dates are estimates only. The Owner is not responsible for the failure or delays in delivery or installation due to an Unforeseen Event. If delivery, installation or collection of the Equipment is suspended or delayed due to the Customers action or inaction, the Customer must reimburse the Owner for its loss and expenses for any delay 11.5 The Owner will use its reasonable endeavours to promptly notify the Customer of any delay in delivering, collecting or installing the Equipment 11.6 The Customer grants that the Owner or its agent or sub-contractor the right to enter any premises for the purpose of delivery, installation, commissioning, pick-up or removal of the Equipment.
Delivery/Pick up. 9.1 The Hirer agrees that the Trailer will only be delivered to and collected from the nominated location set out in the Hire Booking. 9.2 The Hirer must, at or prior to the commencement of hire: (a) inspect and confirm that the Trailer is in a good and serviceable condition; and (b) ensure that the registration number detailed on the Trailer2You App matches the Trailer. 9.3 Trailer2You reserves the right to exchange the Trailer at the nominated location with an equivalent Trailer at any time before commencement of the Hire Period. In the event that Trailer2You cannot exchange the Trailer with an equivalent Trailer, Trailer2You reserves the right to refund the Hire Fees to the Hirer. 9.4 The Hirer shall procure that a duly authorised representative of the Hirer is present at the delivery or collection of the Trailer. Trailer2You will allow reasonable time for the Hirer’s representative to inspect the Trailer for visible damage prior to unloading and delivery.

Delivery/Pick up. The rented Vehicle may be delivered at a permissible designated location on an available delivery date that You request, subject to availability and weather conditions. For Vehicle pick-up, You must place the Vehicle at a permissible designated location during available pick-up dates in accordance with instructions provided to You. Upon return of the Vehicle, You will also be required to return any provided equipment such as power cords and locks. You shall be responsible for all costs associated with failure to return a Vehicle at the scheduled date and time and in the same condition it was delivered to you (ordinary wear and tear excepted), and for any failure to return all other equipment provided to you.

Contractor must provide delivery service of any item covered by this contract to all City Departments located both within the City and County of San Francisco and the following locations outside the City and County of San Francisco: 1. San Francisco International Airport 2. PUC San Mateo County (Millbrae & San Bruno) 3. PUC Hetch Hetchy (Moccasin) All contract items must be delivered within 2-days, or as required by City Departments at the time of ordering. Deliveries exceeding 2-days must be approved by the City Department at the time of placing order. B. Contractor must provide a delivery / pick-up receipt indicating items delivered and items picked up for each location serviced under this contract. Contractor’s delivery/pick-up representative must make good effort to locate/contact a City department representative at all delivery/pick- up locations at point of service. If no City department representative is available to receive delivery/pick-up receipt, then 1 copy of ticket must be left at location and another copy mailed to the City department immediately after service.
