DESCRIPTION OF APPLICATION. (a) Remote Deposit Capture is a personal financial information management service that allows you to transmit and deposit checks and other financial instruments through use of the Application provided by us through our online banking services using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices or network devices under your control (the “Service”).
(b) We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through the Service. You agree and understand that the Services may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some networks, such as while roaming.

DESCRIPTION OF APPLICATION. AirWorks web application grants the Subscriber the right to use the Software as a Service hosted on xxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xx/. The application provides the Subscriber access to a series of features developed to analyze and process aerial data from UAVs/drones, aircrafts, or satellites. Basic access to the application includes unlimited data hosting and storage as well as fees for using the basic features of the web application. AirWorks will maintain a Subscribers’ account and respective data as long as Subscriber pays in a timely manner the respective License fees set out in Order Forms. This Exhibit defines Subscribers’ access to the AirWorks Software, and describes the access to the AirWorks platform, processing packages, and interactive tools such as AirWorks CAD which allows each paid user of Subscriber to process, segment and vectorize remote sensing data through the Software. The license to use the AirWorks application comes with a variety of different features that, that each may be purchased by the Subscriber and are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each feature.

DESCRIPTION OF APPLICATION. 1.1. Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Service (“Service”) is a personal financial information management service that allows you to transmit and deposit images of checks (“Images”) through use of the Application provided by us or our designated processor (“Processor”) through our online banking services using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices or network devices under your control. Member acknowledges and agrees that a deposit made by Member using this Service is not an “Electronic Fund Transfer” as that term is defined in Federal Reserve Board Regulation E. The terms “Credit Union” and “Processor” may be used interchangeably when used in relation to any services performed by a Processor on behalf of Credit Union including, but not limited to, the receipt and processing of images and check data and any notices related thereto.
1.2. Subject to compliance with the terms, provisions and conditions of, and as provided in, this Agreement, we will provisionally credit the account or accounts (“Account(s)”) you designate for the amount of the deposit(s) on the day of receipt of the deposit(s) and enter the images of the checks into the collection process, in accordance with the provisions of our then current deposit account agreement and disclosure pertaining to the Account(s) into which the deposit is to be made (the “Deposit Agreement”) and this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that we may discontinue, and/or change the terms of, the Service or any related content, features, products or services associated therewith, at any time without notice or liability to you or any third party. You hereby agree that we shall be the exclusive provider of the Service provided in accordance with this Agreement and that you will not use the same or similar services of any other party.

The Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Services is designed to allow you to make deposits to your checking, savings, or money market savings accounts using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices by capturing an image of checks and delivering the images and associated deposit information to Bank via our Mobile Banking application provided to you through our Online Banking Services. Acceptance of these Terms Your use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement. This Agreement is subject to change from time to time. You may be prompted to accept or reject any material change to this Agreement the next time you use the Services after Bank has made the change. Your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions along with the continued use of the Services will indicate your consent to be bound by the revised Agreement. Further, Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions from the Services. We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through the Services. You agree and understand that the Services may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some networks, such as while roaming. Limitations of Service When using the Services, you may experience technical or other difficulties. We cannot assume responsibility for any technical or other difficulties or any resulting damages that you may incur. Some of the Services have qualification requirements, and we reserve the right to change the qualifications at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, immediately and at any time without prior notice to you. Hardware and Software In order to use the Services, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible hardware and software. Bank is not responsible for any third party software you may need to use the services. Any such software is accepted by you as is and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement you enter into directly with the third party software provider at time of download and installation. In order to use the Mobile Deposit option you must download and install the GN Bank Mobile Banking App to a cellular telephone or tablet.
DESCRIPTION OF APPLICATION. By downloading the Software and registering to use the Application, you may be eligible to subscribe to any of our premium subscription services which include: (i) a music subscription service which gives you instant, unlimited access to high quality streams and conditional downloads of our extensive library of music files (subject to license restrictions and digital rights management restrictions applicable to such downloads) and lets you purchase and/or burn tracks for an additional charge, (ii) a portable music subscription service that allows you to transfer a subset of our music library to portable devices for personal use; and (iii) a premium Internet radio service that includes a wider array of stations and many enhanced features as compared to our free radio services. The Software also: (i) enables you to access our online music store, which lets you download and/or burn tracks for an additional charge without subscribing to a premium subscription service, (ii) functions as a software player, enabling you to organize your music files, make personal use copies of tracks from your CDs (where the original medium is technologically compatible and not copy-protected), organize your digital music library, and perform a wide variety of related functions. In addition, through the Application, you will have access to our artist, album and track information, music recommendations, artist biographies and discographies, and access to our menu of free radio stations and music videos.

We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through the Service. You agree and understand that the Services may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some networks, such as while roaming. Given the risks associated with Mobile Check Deposit, this product will be introduced to current and new members who meet suitable requirements. • All accounts must be in good standing with Energy Plus Credit Union – No account may be negative 30 days or greater or have permanent holds or other restrictions placed upon it • Be an active Energy Plus Credit Union Mobile Banking user • Must have our Energy Plus Credit Union app downloaded • All loans must be current • Loans that are more than 10 days delinquent may have restricted access • Must have a valid address on file The Credit Union may terminate the Mobile Check Deposit agreement at any time with no notice to the member. • After you have verified that your check is accepted and credited to your account, please keep your check in a secure place for 60 days and then properly shred or destroy the check. You will be able to view your check images through the mobile deposit history. • Endorse the check with your signature on the back along with “Mobile Deposit Only to EPCU Acct ” written underneath. • Maximum total dollar amount per day that can be deposited per day is $2,500. • The maximum dollar amount per check that can be deposited is $2,500. • The maximum number of deposits you can make in one day are 5.

The project consists of: (1) A 3-foot-high, 25- foot-long diversion structure; (2) a 10- inch-diameter, 3,700-foot-long conduit/ penstock system; (3) a powerhouse with a 100 Kw generator, operating under a 520-foot head; (4) a 4,200-foot-long, 12 Kv transmission line; and (5) a tailrace to Xxxxx Creek.
