Detective Pay. Sworn personnel assigned to the Support Services Divisions Investigations Unit shall receive additional compensation amounting to five percent (5%) above their base hourly pay rate. Unit members shall be entitled to callback pay pursuant to the Call-Back Pay provisions of this MOU (Section 3.3.3).
Detective Pay. Any deputy selected to work in the capacity of a detective in the Detective Unit shall receive a five percent (5%) differential from his/her regular pay while serving in that capacity.
Detective Pay. Employees assigned to the Detectives Unit shall be paid an additional eight and one-half percent (8½%) above their base salary while so assigned.
Detective Pay. In addition to regular salary, employees assigned to act as detectives shall receive additional pay as follows: Long-term assignments - 5% over regular base pay Career development assignments - 3% over regular base pay All positions are assigned and maintained at the discretion of the Department.
Detective Pay. Employee(s) who work in the Detective Bureau will receive an additional five percent (5%) pay on top of their regular hourly pay and shift differential premiums.
Detective Pay a. Police Officers who are permanently assigned to the Office of Investigations, Special Investigations Section, Internal Affairs Section, Warrants Unit, and Hit and Run Detail shall receive detective pay in the amount of five percent (5%) of pay bi-weekly during the term of such assignment. Officers assigned as School Resource Officers will not receive this additional pay. When such assignment is terminated pursuant to Articles 14 or 15, and the officer is no longer entitled to detective pay, such loss of detective pay shall not be considered a "punitive action" under Government Code Section 3303.
Detective Pay. All covered officers assigned to detective positions shall have their annual wages increased by $1,500 per year for the period so assigned.
Detective Pay. Employees assigned to the Detectives Unit Detectives assigned to Task Force duty shall be paid an additional eight and one-half percent (8½%) above their base salary while so assigned. Employees assigned to the Detectives Unit shall receive five percent (5%) over their base pay and two dollars per hour ($2/hr) when they are assigned to be on call.
Detective Pay. The City shall provide additional salary compensation of $100 a month (1) to employees in the Police Officer classification formally assigned to a Detective position or Special Problems Unit position by the Chief of Police, or (2) should current Detective positions be eliminated, any Police Officer formally assigned by the Chief of Police to a position in a functional unit within the Police Department whose functions are the same as current Detective positions. Any Police Officer employee assigned as a Detective may be removed from the assignment and assignment pay discontinued, at any time, at the sole discretion of the Chief of Police.
Detective Pay. Detective pay shall be given to all Employees who are classified as Detectives in the Investigative Division or Narcotics Section, as well as the Hit-skip section. Detective pay shall be $500 per year and added to the Employee’s regular earnings for each pay period.
