Eligibility for Insurance. 1. Any regularly contracted employee who works at least thirty (30) hours per week shall be entitled to have the Board pay one-hundred percent (100%) of the Board’s total contribution for all of the types of insurance listed in the following paragraphs.

Eligibility for Insurance. 16.2.1 Unit Members Employed Prior to December 31, 2002 All unit members who are regularly assigned to work at least six (6) hours per day shall be entitled to coverage under the programs provided for in Article 16.1 above. Employees who are regularly assigned to work less than six (6) hours per day may enroll in the various insurance programs, consistent with JPA regulations, and have a prorata of their premiums paid in the same proportion as their daily assigned work hours bears to eight (8). Employees regularly assigned to work fewer than three (3) hours per day shall bear their full premium costs.

Such health insurance will be effective in the calendar year following the Academic Year during which the Eligibility Requirements were met.
