Email and Internet. Executive understands that the Company maintains an electronic mail and Internet/World Wide Web (“Internet”) system, and related facilities, for the purpose of business communications. Executive acknowledges that the Company owns such a system and facilities, and that the Company retains the right to review any and all electronic mail and Internet communications, and to review his use of the Internet, with or without notice, at any time. Executive further acknowledges that he has no right to privacy to any e-mail or Internet communications, or to his use of the Internet. Executive further agrees to comply with the Company’s procedures concerning the use of e-mail and the Internet, including compliance with any destruction and/or retention policies for e-mail communications.
Email and Internet. 7.1 The Executive must comply with any email and internet policy operated by the Company from time to time.

The Company shall have the sole and exclusive right at any time to establish, abolish, or alter the practices or customs of personal use of email and personal use of the internet by employees while at work and to limit or restrict such practices or customs as the Company may determine. An employee shall obtain prior permission from the Company to operate or post to a Web site or Blog or to blog or otherwise use the internet when it identifies the employee as associated with the Company and reveals the employee’s personal opinions on news worthy issues.

This action may include a formal report or complaint to the police. • Access to the Internet is restricted and filtered on content and is available for suitable educational requirements. Accessing or attempting to access, downloading and/or uploading abusive, offensive, obscene or illegal material is strictly forbidden and pupils must follow guidelines from teachers in lessons where access to online digital resources (e.g. webpages and YouTube content) are being used to enhance teaching and learning. • It is important that care should be taken when downloading material from the Internet that copyright notices and license implications are observed. • Personal use of email and the Internet is permitted, provided it is carried out in the student’s own time, during non contact periods (Sixth Form), out of normal school hours, or by prior arrangement with a member of staff. • Cyberbullying is the sending or posting of harmful or cruel text messages and/or images, using the Internet or other digital communication devices. • Spalding High School does not tolerate bullying in any form. Any student found to be involved in incidents of cyberbullying will be dealt with firmly. • The School Behaviour Policy and Personal Electronic Devices, Mobile Phone and Social Media Policy sets out clearly the procedures and sanctions available to staff to deal with incidents of cyberbullying.

Email and Internet. 18.1 I will comply with Western Work Force and client’s policies regarding e-mail and internet usage. This includes only using e-mail facilities for work-related activities, and not creating, accessing, downloading or passing on offensive material.
Email and Internet. The Employer provides email and internet facilities to staff to the Employer’s related business. The internet and email system has been designed to support Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx'x business communication. The Employer will allow reasonable personal use of email as long as personal email does not interfere with the business function or process of the Employer. The internet can be used for personal reasons outside of business hours provided it is not used for use that is intermittent, explicit or irregular in nature.
(a) The uses of the email and internet explicitly prohibits are:
(a) promoting personal, business and commercial gain,
(b) sending, receiving or accessing material that is illegal, fraudulent, pornographic, offensive or erotic,
(c) interfering with the ability of others to conduct Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx business,
(d) disturbing confidential or sensitive information as legislated by the Freedom of Information Act,
(b) accessing, sending or transferring files that do not relate to your work responsibly or any unauthorised data,
(c) sending anonymous messages or messages using an alias, The Employer will randomly monitor email and internet activity. Monitoring will be undertaken by our IT Services Company. Evidence or misuse may be used as the basis for initiating disciplinary procedures. If an employee receives material that is prohibited, as mentioned in above explicit usage clause, from an internal or external source he or she is expected to inform management.

Subject to the foregoing obligations, it is understood that Executive is free at all times to use information which is generally known in the trade or industry (except such information which becomes so because of a breach of this Agreement by Executive) and further that Executive's general knowledge, skill and experience shall not be deemed to be Confidential Information.
Email and Internet. 7.1 The Officer/Police Staff acknowledges the following.
(i) That he is currently under an obligation to comply with the Commissioner’s policies for the time being in force concerning use of the Commissioner’s telephone, email Internet and Intranet facilities. For the avoidance of doubt, the acknowledgment in this sub-paragraph is not intended to impose on the Officer /Police staff any legal obligation additional to those obligations in existence immediately prior to the execution of this agreement.
(ii) The Commissioner has the right to carry out ad hoc or routine monitoring and to keep records of telephone and email communications and access to Internet sites made using the Commissioner’s facilities (including use for personal reasons) for any of the purposes set out in the Telecommunications (Lawful Business Practice) (Interception of Communications) Regulations 2000.
