Emergencies and Safety. If you are aware of an incident that causes danger or requires urgent attention regarding the supply or affects the maintenance and availability of the Electricity Distribution Network you must inform your Network Operator and us immediately or as soon as practicably possible.
Emergencies and Safety. 18.1 Gas (a) In the event that You suspect or are aware of a gas leak then You must immediately notify the Gas Transporter (Gaslink) on 1850 20 50 50 or such other number as may vary from time to time which shall be printed on the reverse of all statements and bills. (b) You shall provide Us a list with the details of at least one representative familiar with the location of all the Supply Points on each supply address to include their job titles and their telephone numbers at which they can be contacted at all times in the case of an emergency or the details of a twenty four (24) hour contact point. (c) In the event of escape of gas at a supply address then either the Gas Transporter and/ or Ourselves shall have the right of access at all times to the affected Supply Points and make safe such Supply Points by performing such repairs or cutting off or restricting the supply of gas to the Supply Points at either Our and/ or the Gas Transporter’s sole discretion. (d) You shall reimburse Us in respect of any repairs to the installation downstream of the Supply Point and/or other remedial work reasonably and necessarily performed provided that You shall not be liable for the cost of such repairs or remedial work if the source of any escape of gas is located on or upstream of the Supply Point or is any way attributable to Ourselves and/or the Gas Transporter. (e) You must not misuse Your supply of gas so it becomes a health and safety risk or is likely to damage people or property. (f) We or the Gas Transporter may contact You in the event of an emergency and if requested to restrict use of or stop using gas You shall use best endeavours to refrain from using or restrict Your gas use as instructed.

A Party shall not be required to provide to the other Party with any information referred to in clause 5.3(a) which is subject to legal professional privilege. Information Provision of Information If a Party’s Facilities are altered in any way, that Party must provide to the other Party, within a reasonable time, the following information, where applicable and relevant to the other Party, to enable the other Party to record the alteration in its documents and drawings: a functional description of the new or altered Facilities; dimensions referenced to station coordinates and elevation; route plan and profile of underground cables and overhead lines; and any other information reasonably requested by the other Party. Provision of Drawings A Party (in this clause called the Providing Party) upon the request of the other Party (in this clause called the Requesting Party) may provide drawings and/or other technical information. These drawings and/or other material remain the property of the Providing Party and are provided to the Requesting Party only for the purposes of this Agreement. On request from the Providing Party the drawings must be either returned to the Providing Party or destroyed. The Requesting Party is not permitted to make use of the drawings on any other project without the prior written approval of the Providing Party. Emergencies and Safety. The safety of all occupants of the facility is a primary concern of the Xxxx Galleria Centre. Any unsafe condition or activity should be reported immediately to Xxxx Galleria Centre Public Safety and to the lessee. Within any work area and throughout the property, the following guidelines will be strictly enforced: • Personnel will abstain from drinking alcoholic beverages and from using illegal substances of any kind. • Personnel will refrain from roughhousing, fighting or practical jokes and will abstain from speeding or reckless use of vehicles and equipment. • To ensure the safety of exhibitors and attendees during move-in, show, and move-out, all privately owned vehicles must use the outside dock area for move-in and move-out only. Contracted security will coordinate with Centre Public Safety in developing a dock-marshaling plan. • No gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel or other flammable liquids may be stored – permanently or temporarily –inside the building. Refueling must be accomplished a minimum of fifty (50) feet beyond the exterior of the building. • Access to fire exit doors and corridors must be maintained throughout move-in, show, and move-out. • Oil spills, loose or missing floor box covers or any other visible safety hazard must be reported immediately to the event coordinator. • Passenger elevators and escalators shall not be used to transport freight, including hand trucks, floats and similar equipment. • Working personnel are not permitted to loiter or take breaks in public areas of the building. • Exhibits that demonstrate or include target shooting, ball throwing, dart tossing and/or any other similar activity must provide adequate safeguards to protect patrons and the equipment of the Xxxx Galleria Centre. Such activities must be approved in advance and adhere to all life safety codes. Lessee and its service contractor are responsible for the complete removal of bulk trash, crates, pallets, packing materials and lumber prior to show opening and during move-out. "Bulk trash" is defined as material that cannot be removed with a broom. Pallets and large pieces of lumber and similar trash may not be placed in the Xxxx Galleria Centre trash compactors or open top dumpsters, but should be removed off the premises by the service contractor. Lessee will be billed per trash haul per exhibit hall with a minimum of one charge xxx xxxx.
