Employee Wellness Program. The Calumet County Employee Wellness Program's primary purpose is to promote healthy lifestyles for employees and covered spouses. The following are the criteria for the Employee Wellness Program which allows employees to receive a reduced premium contribution:

Employee Wellness Program. ESP members shall be eligible to participate in the College’s Employee Wellness Program.
Employee Wellness Program. 11.6.1 City shall develop an Employee Wellness Program, to be implemented no later than January 31, 2020. 11.6.2 The program shall offer a minimum of: a.) Employee Wellness Day – 1 paid day of leave (9 hours) available July 1st to be used during the fiscal year, which cannot be carried forward to the next fiscal year; b.) Employee Wellness Program a) In a joint initiative to improve employee health and peace of mind, the Employer agrees to reimburse the employee seventy-five per cent [75%] of the cost of annual membership or participation in a program up to a maximum of one hundred dollars [$100.00] per calendar year upon presentation of receipt. b) Such activities will be for the physical, mental or spiritual wellbeing of the employee and may include, but are not limited to, team sports, fitness facilities, yoga classes, self-defence instruction, costs associated with bicycle maintenance and repair for employees who commute or recreational cycle, and the relevant equipment required, but does not include clothing for those purposes except footwear.
Employee Wellness Program. Occasional Teachers will have access to the Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP). The full premiums for this benefit will be invoiced monthly and paid by the Local on behalf of their members.
