Employment and Services. Club employs Player as a skilled football player. Player accepts such employment. He agrees to give his best efforts and loyalty to the Club, and to conduct himself on and off the field with appropriate recognition of the fact that the success of professional football depends largely on public respect for and approval of those associated with the game. Player will report promptly for and participate fully in Club’s official mandatory minicamp(s), official preseason training camp, all Club meetings and practice sessions, and all preseason, regular season and postseason football games scheduled for or by Club. If invited, Player will practice for and play in any all-star football game sponsored by the League. Player will not participate in any football game not sponsored by the League unless the game is first approved by the League.
Employment and Services a) UO has employed you and you have agreed to perform your exclusive services for UO upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, and the UO employee policies and procedures as communicated to you from time to time.
b) You will perform such services as requested from time to time by the President and Chief Executive Officer, Universal Orlando, or his duly authorized representative. Your employment as Vice President, Finance & Controller will commence on April 2, 2006, it being understood that the President and Chief Executive Officer, Universal Orlando, or his duly authorized officers may assign you to render your services in different occupational areas within Universal Orlando, in their sole discretion.
Employment and Services. The Company shall employ you as Senior Vice President Semiconductor Products of the Company, for the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending upon termination pursuant to paragraph 4 (the "EMPLOYMENT PERIOD"). During the Employment Period, you shall render such services to the Company and its affiliates and subsidiaries as the Board of Directors of the Company shall reasonably designate from time to time, and you shall devote your best efforts and full time and attention to the business of the Company.
Employment and Services. You shall be employed as the Executive Vice President of Business Development of the Company for the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on December 31, 2001 or on such earlier date as your employment is terminated pursuant to paragraph 4 hereof (the "EMPLOYMENT PERIOD"). The Employment Period shall automatically be extended for successive one-year terms on December 31, 2001 and each anniversary thereof, unless (i) either party has given written notice of non-renewal to the other party at least 90 days prior to the scheduled expiration date of the Employment Period or (ii) your employment has been terminated pursuant to paragraph 4 hereof. During the Employment Period, you shall render such services of a senior executive nature to the Company, its subsidiaries and its affiliates and shall have such powers, duties and responsibilities as may from time to time be prescribed by the Company's Board of Directors (the "BOARD"). You shall perform and discharge, faithfully, diligently and competently, such services, duties and responsibilities. You shall devote all of your business time and attention and your best efforts and ability to the business and affairs of the Company and its subsidiaries and shall not engage in other business activities (whether or not compensated) during the term of this Agreement without prior written consent of the Board. You agree to serve, if elected or appointed thereto, in one or more positions as an officer or director of the Company or any one or more of the Company's present or future subsidiaries or affiliates, or as an officer, trustee, director or other fiduciary of any pension or other employee benefit plan of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. Service in such additional positions will be without additional compensation except for reimbursement of reasonably related business expenses on the same terms as provided elsewhere in this Agreement.
Employment and Services a) UO has employed you and you have agreed to perform your exclusive services for UO upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, and the UO employee policies and procedures as communicated to you from time to time.
b) You will perform such services as requested from time to time by the Chairman/CEO, Universal Parks & Resorts (“UPR”), or his duly authorized representative. Your employment as President & Chief Operating Officer will commence on December 5, 2006, it being understood that the Chairman/CEO, UPR or his duly authorized officers may assign you to render your services in different occupational areas within Universal Orlando, in their sole discretion, provided, however, that all such services will be consistent and comparable to your current position. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you shall begin working in a transitional role with UO’s current President and CEO and other member’s of UO’s senior management team as of October 2, 2006.
Employment and Services. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be employed as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of the Corporation. As Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, the Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Corporation such as those that are customarily performed by persons situated in similar executive positions, and such other duties as the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) or Chief Administrative Officer (“CAO”), in the CEO’s absence, may from time to time reasonably direct. As an employee of the Corporation, the Executive shall report directly to the CEO of the Corporation or, in the CEO’s absence, to the CAO, or to such other person as the CEO or Board of Directors may reasonably direct.
Employment and Services. The Company shall employ you as Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) of the Company, for the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending upon termination pursuant to paragraph 4 (the “Employment Period”). Your responsibilities include those set forth on Schedule 1 hereto and other special projects and assignments as designated by the Company’s Board of Directors. You will report directly to the Board of Directors and shall render such services to the Company and its affiliates and subsidiaries as the Board of Directors shall reasonably designate from time to time. You shall devote your best efforts and all of your time and attention to the business of the Company; provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall prohibit or restrict you from devoting reasonable time to personal business matters, to sit on any for-profit Boards (or comparable bodies) and/or charitable activities to the extent that these activities do not relate to any Entity or Competitive Business (as defined in paragraph 9 below). In addition to the limitations set forth in paragraph 9 below, during the Employment Period, you agree not to be employed by, consult with or advise any Entity (as defined in paragraph 9 below), without the consent of the Board.

Your employment as Executive Vice President, Marketing & Sales, will commence on September 2, 2008, it being understood that the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, UPR, or his duly authorized officers may assign you to render your services in different occupational areas within Universal Orlando, in their sole discretion.
Employment and Services. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be employed as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. As President and Chief Executive Officer the Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Corporation such as are customarily performed by persons situated in similar executive positions, and such other duties as the Board may from time to time direct. As an employee of the Corporation, the Executive shall report directly to the Board.
Employment and Services. Nothing contained in the Plan will confer upon or imply in favour of any Optionee any right with respect to office, employment or provision of services with the Company, or interfere in any way with the right of the Company to lawfully terminate the Optionee’s office, employment or service at any time pursuant to the arrangements pertaining to same. Participation in the Plan by an Optionee is voluntary.
